Annie Bellemare (born January 2, 1980) is a Canadian former competitive figure skater. She is the 2000 Four Continents bronze medallist, 2004 Bofrost Cup on Ice bronze medallist, and a five-time Canadian national medallist.
Bellemare on January 2, 1980, in Laval, Quebec. [1] Following high school, she studied at Collège Édouard-Montpetit in Longueuil, Quebec. [2] She later obtained a marketing management certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), a business communications certificate from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a bachelor of commerce from Royal Roads University. She is now working in Ottawa as a successful business executive. [3] She married professional hockey executive Brian Morris on August 6, 2011, in Ottawa. The couple have two children, both boys. [4]
Bellemare was twelve when she completed her first triple, a Salchow. [2] Early in her career, she was coached by Josee Normand. [5] By 2000, her coach was Stephane Yvars, who changed her technique on triple jumps. [2]
Bellemare won her first national medal, silver, in 1999. [2] She was assigned to her first senior ISU Championship, the 1999 Four Continents, where she placed 12th.
Before the 1999–00 season, Bellemare skated well at a CSFA monitoring event and received her first senior Grand Prix assignments. [2] She finished 10th at the 1999 Sparkassen Cup and 6th at the 1999 NHK Trophy. After taking bronze at the 2000 Canadian nationals, Bellemare was sent to the 2000 Four Continents where she also won bronze.
In 2001, she finished 9th at Four Continents and 21st at the World Championships. She was training in Boucherville, Quebec. [5] In 2002, Bellemare won her second national silver medal and placed 6th at the Four Continents.
Before the 2003–04 season, Bellemare changed coaches to Joanne McLeod in Burnaby and Vancouver, British Columbia. [1] She competed in her fifth Grand Prix season, placing 7th at 2003 Skate America and 6th at 2003 Skate Canada International.
Bellemare withdrew from the 2004 Skate Canada International due to an injury. [6] She last competed at the 2004 Bofrost Cup on Ice, winning bronze. She retired from competition in 2005. [3] During her career, she represented CPA St Eustache. [1] [7]
After working as an administrator at Canlan Ice Sports, Burnaby 8 Rinks in British Columbia, Bellemare became a communications and marketing coordinator for Skate Canada in Ottawa in May 2007. [3] [7]

Joannie Rochette is a Canadian physician and retired competitive figure skater. She is the 2010 Olympic bronze medallist, the 2009 World silver medallist, the 2008 and 2009 Four Continents silver medallist, the 2004 Grand Prix Final bronze medallist, and a six-time (2005–10) Canadian national champion.
Dorota Siudek is a Polish retired pair skater who is now a coach. Her partner and husband is Mariusz Siudek. They are the 1999 World bronze medalists, two-time European silver medalists and two-time European bronze medalists. They were the first Polish pair to medal at the World Championships.
Mariusz Krzysztof Siudek is a retired Polish pair skater who competed with wife Dorota Siudek (Zagórska). They are the 1999 World bronze medalists, two-time European silver medalists and two-time European bronze medalists. They were the first Polish pair to win a medal at the World Championships. They now coach together in Toruń, Poland.
Yukina Ōta is a Japanese figure skater. She is the 2003 World Junior champion and the 2004 Four Continents champion. She announced her retirement from competitive skating in November 2008, due to injury.
Jessica Dubé is a Canadian former competitive figure skater who is best known for her pairs career with Bryce Davison. They are the 2008 World bronze medallists, the 2009 Four Continents silver medallists, and three-time Canadian national champions. They represented Canada at the 2006 and 2010 Winter Olympics. With later partner Sébastien Wolfe, Dubé is the 2012 Canadian national silver medallist.
Elizabeth Gale Putnam is a Canadian former competitive pair skater. With Sean Wirtz, she is the 2006 Four Continents bronze medalist and a two-time (2003–04) Canadian national bronze medalist.
Shawn Sawyer is a Canadian former competitive figure skater. He is the 2011 Canadian national silver medallist and a three-time Canadian national bronze medallist. He represented Canada in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy finishing 12th overall. Unlike most skaters, Sawyer is a clockwise spinner.
Marie-France Dubreuil is a Canadian ice dancing coach and former competitor. With her husband Patrice Lauzon, she is a two-time (2006–2007) World silver medallist.
