The Antigua and Barbuda National Olympic Committee (IOC code: ANT) is the National Olympic Committee representing Antigua and Barbuda. It is also the body responsible for Antigua and Barbuda's representation at the Commonwealth Games. [1]

Antigua and Barbuda competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China, submitting a delegation that included athletes Daniel Bailey, Brendan Christian, James Grayman, and Sonia Williams in track and field events, and Kareem Valentine in swimming. Antigua and Barbuda's appearance in Beijing marked its eighth appearance at the Summer Olympics since the nation's debut at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montréal, Canada. There were no medalists from Antigua and Barbuda in 2008, although Bailey reached the quarterfinals and Christian the semifinals of their respective events.
Antigua and Barbuda has competed at every edition of the Pan American Games since the eighth edition of the multi-sport event in 1979. However, Antigua and Barbuda participated in the 1959 Pan American Games as part of the British West Indies and future Prime Minister Lester Bird won a bronze medal in the long jump. Sprinter Heather Samuel won Antigua and Barbuda's first Pan Am medal in 1995, a bronze in the women's 100 metres.
