Stefan Nystrand is a freestyle swimmer from Sweden.

The men's 100 metre breaststroke at the 2007 World Aquatics Championships took place on 25 March and on the evening of 26 March (final) at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia. 123 swimmers were entered in the event, of which 117 swam.

This article includes the world record progression for the 4×200 metres freestyle relay, and it shows the chronological history of world record times in that competitive swimming event. The 4×200 metres freestyle relay is a relay event in which each of four swimmers on a team swims a 200-metre freestyle leg in sequence. The world records are recognized by and maintained by FINA, the international competitive swimming and aquatics federation that oversees the sport in international competition.

The Women's 4 × 100 m Medley Relay at the 2006 Commonwealth Games occurred on Tuesday, 21 March 2006 at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre in Melbourne, Australia. It was the second-to-last event of the swimming program at the Games, and the last women's event.

The Women's 100m Breaststroke at the 2007 World Aquatics Championships took place on 26 March and the evening of 27 March (finals) at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia. 72 swimmers were entered in the event, of which 70 swam.

The Women's 200m Breaststroke at the 2007 World Aquatics Championships took place on 29 March and the evening of 30 March (finals) at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia. 55 swimmers were entered in the event, of which 54 swam.

2009 Duel in the Pool

The 2009 Duel in the Pool was a swimming competition between a team from the United States and a combined British, German and Italian "E-Stars" team held on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 December 2009 at the Manchester Aquatics Centre, United Kingdom. The naming rights are held by Mutual of Omaha and British Gas in the United States and Europe respectively – the event was therefore promoted as the 2009 Mutual of Omaha Duel in the Pool and 2009 British Gas Duel in the Pool.

The aquatics events at the 2010 Commonwealth Games took place at the SPM Swimming Pool Complex, Talkatora Gardens, Delhi from 4–13 October 2010. Events in the aquatic disciplines of swimming, and diving were contested, with 46 sets of medals being competed for in total.

United States at the 2011 World Aquatics Championships Sporting event delegation

The American team competed at the 2011 World Aquatics Championships in Shanghai, China from July 16 to July 31. The United States topped the gold medal count in the competition with 17 golds and finished the competition with 32 total medals, behind China's 36. 16 of the 17 gold medals came from the swimming competition and one came from the open water swimming competition. Individually, Michael Phelps won the most overall medals in the competition with seven. Ryan Lochte won the most gold medals among the male competitors with five and finished the competition with six medals total.

Dirngulbai Moreyna "UB" Misech is a female Palauan swimmer and represents her country at international swimming competitions. She holds seven national records.

The women's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay event at the 2006 Commonwealth Games as part of the swimming programme took place on 20 March at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
