Arsukibacterium is a Gram-negative, aerobic and motile genus of bacteria from the class Gammaproteobacteria with one known species ( Arsukibacterium ikkense ). [1] [2] [3] [4]
The Alteromonadales are an order of Pseudomonadota. Although they have been treated as a single family, the Alteromonadaceae, they were divided into eight by Ivanova et al. in 2004. The cells are straight or curved rods. They are motile by the use of a single flagellum. Most of the species are marine.
The Alteromonadaceae are a family of Pseudomonadota. They are now one of several families in the order Alteromonadales, including Alteromonas and its closest relatives. Species of this family are mostly rod-like shaped and motile by using one polar flagellum.
Hyphomonadaceae are a family of bacteria in the order Caulobacterales.
Tateyamaria omphalii is a Gram-negative and strictly aerobic bacterium from the genus of Tateyamaria which has been isolated from the shell of the sea snail Omphalius pfeifferi pfeifferi from Japan.
Alkalimarinus is a Gram-negative genus of bacteria from the class of Alteromonadaceae with one known species. Alkalimarinus sediminis has been isolated from sediments from the coast of Weihai in China.
Methylohalomonas is a moderately halophilic and obligately methylotrophic genus of purple sulfur bacteria with one known species. Methylohalomonas lacus has been isolated from hypersaline lakes from the Kulunda Steppe in Russia.
Methylonatrum is a genus of bacteria from the class of purple sulfur bacteria with one known species. Methylonatrum kenyense has been isolated from hypersaline lakes from the Kulunda Steppe in Russia.
Vespertiliibacter is a genus of bacteria from the class of Pasteurellaceae with one known species. Vespertiliibacter pulmonis has been isolated from the lung of a bat from Berlin in Germany.
Saccharicrinis is genus of bacteria from the family of Marinilabiliaceae.
Paeniglutamicibacter is a genus of bacteria from the family Micrococcaceae.
Auritidibacter ignavus is a Gram-positive, aerobic, non-spore-forming and rod-shaped species of bacteria from the family Micrococcaceae which has been isolated from an ear swab in Bad Orb, Germany.
Glutamicibacter is a genus of bacteria from the family of Micrococcaceae.
Salininema is a Gram-positive and halophilic species of bacteria from the family of Glycomycetaceae.
Geminicoccus is a Gram-negative, and´strictly aerobic genus of bacteria from the family of Geminicoccaceae with one known species. Geminicoccus roseus has been isolated from a biofilter from Rehovot in Israel.
Jeotgalibacillus salarius is a Gram-variable, rod-shaped and motile bacterium from the genus of Jeotgalibacillus which has been isolated from sediments from a marine saltern from the coast of the Yellow Sea in Korea.
Virgibacillus marismortui is a Gram-positive, moderately halophilic and rod-shaped bacterium which has been isolated from water from the Dead Sea.
Falsarthrobacter nasiphocae is a species of bacteria from the family Micrococcaceae.
Lactonifactor is a Gram-positive and anaerobic bacterial genus from the family of Clostridiaceae with one known species. Lactonifactor longoviformis has been isolated from the human feces.
Jeotgalibaca is a genus of bacteria from the family of Carnobacteriaceae.
