bTV Action is a men-oriented channel showing actual programs, sports and action films
The channel, along with RING broadcasts the UEFA Champions League, and with BNT 1 and RING the UEFA Europa League, Italian Serie A1, Men's European Volleyball Championship and more in HD. In 2013. the final of the UEFA Champions League was aired in 3D. The first 3D to be aired in the Bulgarian television. Later same year the channel starts to show the qualification and the races from the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) and since August 2013 also airs The Italian Serie A together with RING.
Code: Criminal is a criminal show which is being broadcast Monday-Friday live from 20:00 EET to 21:00 EET. The Hounds is a provocative investigate show with reality reports, comments, discussions and social experiments. It is broadcast at the weekend from 20:00 EET to 21:00 EET. Sport Zone is a sport commentary show. It was first broadcast on the main channel bTV and then it started on bTV Action - every Sunday from 12:30 EET to 13:30 EET. 24/7 is a commentary show with Dimitar Tsonev - one of the most famous Bulgarian journalists. It is broadcast from October 2011 till July 2012 every Sunday form 21:00 EET to 22:00 EET, because from September 2012 Dimitar Tsonev has new show, broadcast on the main channel bTV.
PRO TV is a Romanian free-to-air television network, launched on 1 December 1995 as the fourth private TV channel in the country. It is owned by CME, which is owned by PPF Group.

BTV is the first private nationwide television channel in Bulgaria. It is operated by bTV Media Group, as part of Central European Media Enterprises, and is reportedly the Bulgarian television channel with the largest viewing audience. It was previously owned by Balkan News Corporation, part of News Corporation. On February 18, 2010, News Corp announced that it had agreed to sell 94% of bTV to Central European Media Enterprises, after many months of negotiations. The US$400M deal was completed in the second quarter of 2010. bTV has a 37% market share in Bulgaria.
Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (CME) is a media and entertainment company that operates television channels in seven geographic areas: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania and Moldova, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Until its acquisition by PPF Group N.V. in October 2020, the company was listed on NASDAQ and Prague Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CETV. It has since been delisted.
Nova, stylized as NOVA and previously marketed as NTV or Nova Television, is a Bulgarian free-to-air television network launched on 16 July 1994. Nova TV, alongside the channels Kino Nova, Nova News, Nova Sport, DIEMA, Diema Family and Diema Sport are part of Nova Broadcasting Group and owned by United Group.
Acasă, formerly known as Pro 2 between 2017 and 2022, is a Romanian television channel operated by Central European Media Enterprises. It is an entertainment station, primarily dedicated to daytime series, family movies, talk shows, soap operas and news programs. Its sister is the television channel Acasă Gold that was launched on April 15, 2012; it airs reruns of the telenovelas that aired on Acasă and, especially, classical telenovelas, including some PRO TV shows.
Balkan News Corporation was a Bulgarian media company, which operated the bTV and Fox International Channels for Bulgaria. It was formerly owned by News Corporation. In April 2010 the bTV channel was bought by Central European Media Enterprises, who owned the channels PRO.BG and RING.BG in Bulgaria. The FOX channels in Bulgaria continue to air under the company brand of "FOX Intl. Channels BG", again owned by News Corporation.

bTV Comedy is a Bulgarian family-based television channel, airing mostly comedy series. It is part of bTV Media Group, owned by Central European Media Enterprises. Originally launched in 1997 as Television Triada - a news channel airing CNN English language news, it replaced TV5 Monde terrestrial in Sofia. It was owned by Krassimir Guergov and Triada Communications. On September 30, 2005, it was re-branded as GTV and began airing comedy series and films. The current name of the channel, bTV, was put in place on October 1, 2009, when bTV took over the channel.
bTV Cinema is a Bulgarian television channel, broadcasting movies and serials. It is part of bTV Media Group, owned by CME. The channel starts on 7 December 2009. bTV Cinema is aimed at viewers of all ages with an emphasis on active audiences aged 18–49 years. The program of bTV Cinema includes hit films and TV series als of all genres. Viewers can also see samples of European cinema. It also broadcasting already aired Bulgarian serials such as Glass Home, Seven Hours Difference and Revolution Z.
bTV Radio is a Bulgarian radio station, part of bTV Radio Group, owned by the Central European Media Enterprises. It started broadcasting on May 1, 2009 in Sofia, and later launched in Pernik and Gotse Delchev. Its program is also transmitted via satellite across Europe. The station was originally launched as a radio program of the television station PRO.BG - PRO.FM. In October 2011, it was re-branded as the eponymous radio station of the television channel bTV, transmitting much of the television output. The radio broadcasts exclusively in Sofia.

beIN Sports is a Qatari multinational network of sports channels owned and operated by the Qatari media group beIN. The network has played a major role in the increased commercialization of Qatari sports. Its chairman is Nasser Al-Khelaifi, and its CEO is Yousef Obaidly.
RING is a Bulgarian sports TV channel. It was founded in 1998 by a group of professionals and sports enthusiasts. RING, along with the channels from bTV Media Group, is distributed via cable path throughout the country. Over the years, it has used the names Television Ring, Ring +, Ring Plus, RTV, Ring TV, RING.BG, and from 18 August 2015 - simply RING. The channel airs live and recorded football matches of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Serie A, Copa del Rey and others.
