The Bad Reputation Tour was a concert tour by American rapper and singer Kid Rock in support of his twelfth studio album, Bad Reputation (2022). It began on April 6, 2022, in Evansville, Indiana and concluded on July 29, 2023, in Youngstown. [1]

Summary

On January 15, 2021, Kid Rock announced his "possible retirement". [2] He noted that he had been performing on stages since the late 1980s, and that he doesn't think his health will allow him to be "on stage at age 70 like Mick Jagger". [3] On January 24, 2022, Kid Rock announced a tour with Grand Funk Railroad, Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening, Foreigner, and an appearance by Trey Lewis at every show.

Kid Rock also threatened to cancel shows with any kind of restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic and reportedly cancelled a few shows including in Buffalo, New York and Toronto due to COVID-19 protocols. [4]

Since his father's death in September 1980, he has performed with the surviving three members of Led Zeppelin on several occasions, including the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert at O2 arena in London in December 2007. He has also done extensive work as a session musician, led the group Bonham in the 1980s and '90s, and is a member of the supergroups Black Country Communion and Sammy Hagar and the Circle.

"Kashmir" is a song by the English rock band Led Zeppelin. Featured on their sixth studio album Physical Graffiti (1975), it was written by Jimmy Page and Robert Plant with contributions from John Bonham over a period of three years with lyrics dating to 1973. John Paul Jones was late arriving to the studio for the recording sessions, so did not receive a writers credit.

Bad Reputation is the twelfth studio album by American musician Kid Rock. It was released digitally on March 21, 2022, and on physical CD on April 6, 2022, by Top Dog Records. The album spawned five singles: "Don't Tell Me How to Live" which features Monster Truck, "Ala-Fuckin-Bama", "We the People", "The Last Dance" and "Rockin'", and three music videos were released. This was the first album since 1996's Early Mornin' Stoned Pimp to be released by Top Dog Records independently.
