Bassett Creek is a neighborhood within the city of Crystal, Minnesota. It borders the city of Minneapolis to the south and east, and is generally considered to be the section of Crystal that is situated east of Douglas Drive, south of 36th Ave. N., and west of Highway 100. Bassett Creek is bordered by Crystal neighborhoods Lee Park to the east, Valley Place to the west, and Fair to the north. The neighborhood is the location for Bassett Creek Park, the largest park in Crystal. The park has a 3,700 sq. ft. playground, a baseball field, softball field, hockey rink, four volleyball courts, three tennis courts, 12 holes of disc golf [2] and 1.06 miles of asphalt trails. [3] A neighborhood association has been formed to assist in the upkeep of the park facilities. [4] The neighborhood is also part of the Bassett Creek Watershed, and is the location of the Bassett Park Pond sub-watershed. The watershed is overseen by the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission. [5]

Fairmount Park is the largest municipal park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the historic name for a group of parks located throughout the city. Fairmount Park consists of two park sections named East Park and West Park, divided by the Schuylkill River, with the two sections together totalling 2,052 acres (830 ha). Management of Fairmount Park and the entire citywide park system is overseen by Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, a city department created in 2010 from the merger of the Fairmount Park Commission and the Department of Recreation.
The Rouge River is a river in Markham, Pickering, Richmond Hill and Toronto in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada. The river flows from the Oak Ridges Moraine to Lake Ontario at the eastern border of Toronto, and is the location of Rouge Park, the only national park in Canada within a municipality. Cobbs Creek is an 11.8-mile-long (19.0 km) tributary of Darby Creek in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It forms an approximate border between Montgomery County and Delaware County. After Cobbs Creek passes underneath Township Line Road, it forms the border between Philadelphia County and Delaware County. It runs directly through the two sides of Mount Moriah Cemetery which spans the border of Southwest Philadelphia and Yeadon, Pennsylvania. It later joins Darby Creek before flowing into the Delaware River.
Brookhaven is a city in the northeastern suburbs of Atlanta and is located in western DeKalb County, Georgia, United States, directly northeast of Atlanta. On July 31, 2012, Brookhaven was approved in a referendum to become DeKalb County's 11th city. Incorporation officially took place on December 17, 2012, on which date municipal operations commenced. With a population of around 54,145 it is the largest city in DeKalb County. The new city stretches over 12 square miles (31 km2).
Meadowbrook is a neighborhood in the Lake City district of Seattle, Washington. Meadowbrook is centered on open fields adjacent to the Community Center, Meadowbrook swimming pool, and Nathan Hale High School. It is bounded on the south by NE 95th Street and the Wedgwood neighborhood, on the north by NE 120th Street and Cedar Park, on the west by Lake City Way NE and Victory Heights., and on the east by 35th Avenue NE and Matthews Beach. The neighborhood is almost entirely residential. There are no commercial strips, though there are some small restaurants and other businesses. The area is served by a number of public schools, including John Rogers Elementary, Jane Addams Middle School, and Nathan Hale High School.

Bryn Mawr is a neighborhood within the Calhoun-Isles community in Minneapolis. It is located directly west of downtown Minneapolis. The oddly-shaped neighborhood is bound by parkland: Theodore Wirth Park to the north and west, Bassett Creek to the north, Bryn Mawr Meadows to the east, and Cedar Lake Park to the south. Nearby neighborhoods include Harrison to the north, Lowry Hill to the east, and Kenwood and Cedar-Isles-Dean to the south. Prior to the 1960s, the neighborhood was home to many workers of the nearby Minneapolis and St. Louis Railway yard.
Johnson Creek is a 25-mile (40 km) tributary of the Willamette River in the Portland metropolitan area of the U.S. state of Oregon. Part of the drainage basin of the Columbia River, its catchment consists of 54 square miles (140 km2) of mostly urban land occupied by about 180,000 people as of 2012. Passing through the cities of Gresham, Portland, and Milwaukie, the creek flows generally west from the foothills of the Cascade Range through sediments deposited by glacial floods on a substrate of basalt. Though polluted, it is free-flowing along its main stem and provides habitat for salmon and other migrating fish.
