Baylar (Persian : بايلر) [a] is a village in Fajr Rural District [4] of the Central District in Gonbad-e Kavus County, Golestan province, Iran.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,398 in 282 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,481 people in 351 households. [6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,468 people in 424 households. [2]
