The beach volleyball tournaments, for the 2013 Bolivarian Games in Trujillo, starts on the 16 and ends on 29 November 2013. [1] The beach volleyball competition takes place at Huanchaco Beach, in the Huanchaco Island in Trujillo.

Coliseo Gran Chimú is an indoor sporting arena located in Trujillo, Peru. It hosts indoor sporting events such as basketball, volleyball, and boxing.

2013 Bolivarian Games

The 2013 Bolivarian Games, officially the XVII Bolivarian Games, was a major international multi-sport event that was held from November 16–30, 2013, in Trujillo, Peru, with some events held in Lima and Chiclayo. Approximately 4,500 athletes from 11 nations participated in 44 sports. These Games was the third Bolivarian Games that was hosted by Peru. Previously, Peru hosted the 1947–48 Bolivarian Games and the 1997 Bolivarian Games. Since 2011, Trujillo was preparing the sport buildings for the Bolivarian Games.

The volleyball (Spanish:Voleibol) tournaments, for the 2013 Bolivarian Games in Trujillo, starts on the 16 and ends on 29 November 2013. The indoor volleyball competition takes place at Coliseo Gran Chimu, in the Víctor Larco Herrera district in Trujillo.

The men's tournament of volleyball at the 2013 Bolivarian Games in Trujillo, Peru was held between November 17 and November 21 at the Coliseo Gran Chimu.

The Women's tournament of volleyball at the 2013 Bolivarian Games in Trujillo, Peru begun on November 24 and ended on November 29. All games were held at the Coliseo Gran Chimu. The defending champions, Peru, won their competitions´s sixth title.

2014 Bolivarian Beach Games

The 2014 Bolivarian Beach Games, officially the II Bolivarian Beach Games, is an international multi-sport event held from December 3-12, 2014 in Huanchaco, Peru. Peru also hosted the inaugural edition in 2012, with Lima as the host city. Athletes from six Bolivarian countries and three invited countries participated in these Games.

The Bolivia national beach soccer team represents Bolivia in international beach soccer competitions and is controlled by the Federación Boliviana de Fútbol, the governing body for football in Bolivia.
