The De La Salle Green Archers are the men's varsity teams representing De La Salle University in the Philippines. The women's varsity teams are generally referred to as the De La Salle Lady Archers. The school's varsity teams participate in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines, among others. La Salle is represented in the high school level by De La Salle Zobel, and are known as the Zobel Junior Archers.

Macau, China participated at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang, Indonesia, from 18 August to 2 September 2018. The country have prepared more than 120 athletes to compete in 16 event at the Games. Macau announced its team of 110 athletes and 56 officials, medical staff, team leaders, coaches, that will take part in 16 competitions: swimming, diving, artistic swimming, athletics, badminton, bowling, boxing, canoeing, cycling, fencing, golf, judo, karate, squash, table tennis, taekwondo, triathlon, and wushu.

Defia Rosmaniar is an Indonesian taekwondo practitioner. She won medals at several multi-sport events, including Asian Games, Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, Southeast Asian Games and Islamic Solidarity Games. She won Indonesia's first gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games, held in Indonesia.

The Democratic Republic of the Congo had 12 athletes competing in 5 sports at the 2017 Summer Universiade, in Taipei, Taiwan, from August 19 to August 30, 2017. Congolese athletes took part in athletics, badminton, judo, taekwondo, and tennis. None of them won any medals.
Taekwondo competitions at the 2022 South American Games in Asuncion, Paraguay were held between October 5 and 7, 2022 at the Pavilion 2 of SND.
