Bhatpar Rani is a town and tehsil in Deoria District in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. ^[1] It belongs to Gorakhpur Division.

As of the 2011 Indian census, ^[2] Bhatpar Rani is a Nagar Panchayat city in district of Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. Bhatpar Rani city is divided into 12 wards in which elections are held every 5 years. Bhatpar Rani (NP) has a population of 14,839, of which 7,692 are males and 7,147 are females.
