Big Brother 2010 is the sixth season of the Finnish reality television season Big Brother . The open auditions for the season were held in April 2010. The season premiered on Sub on 25 August 2010 and the finale was aired on 28 November 2010.
Big Brother Talk Show was hosted by Susanna Laine and Elina Viitanen. Elina Viitanen was also the hostess of Big Brother Extra. This was the first season not been hosted by Vappu Pimiä.

Big Brother México is a reality television series based on the international Big Brother format produced in the Netherlands by Endemol. Big Brother México was launched by Televisa in 2002. Before its debut, the idea of being watched twenty-four hours a day by a camera was shocking to some in Mexican society. The series was successful, and it was followed by a special edition called Big Brother VIP with Mexican celebrities from show business and even politics.
Big Brother Suomi is the Finnish version of the reality television franchise Big Brother. The Finnish adaptation was broadcast on Sub in Finland from 2005 to 2014.
Big Brother 2006 was the second season of the Finnish reality television season Big Brother. It aired on SubTV in Finland, from 29 August 2006 to 1 December 2006, and lasted 96 days. A number of contestants lived in a purpose-built house in Espoo, and were isolated from the rest of the world. Each week, each housemate nominated two of their peers for eviction, and the housemates who received the most nominations would face a public vote. Of these, one would eventually leave, having been "evicted" from the house. However, there sometimes were exceptions to this process as dictated by Big Brother, known as "twists". In the final week, there were four housemates remaining, and the public voted for who they wanted to win. Sari Nygren received the most votes, and won the prize money of €50,000. The series's final broadcast obtained a peak audience of 540,000 viewers.

Big Brother South Africa: Secrets was the thrid season of the South African Big Brother reality television series reboot produced by Endemol for M-Net. It began on 2 February 2014 with a new host, Lungile Radu. The season was sponsored by South African drink brand service, Coca-Cola.

The eleventh season of Big Brother Suomi premiered on 1 September 2019 and was aired on Jim and Nelonen. This is the first season to air on Jim and Nelonen after the first ten seasons aired on Sub from 2005–2014. After a five-year hiatus, the revival of Big Brother Suomi was announced on 14 January 2019 alongside the revival of the Polish edition of Big Brother.

The show followed thirty-one contestants, known as housemates, who were isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom-built house. Each week, one or more of the housemates were evicted by a public vote.
Big Brother Suomi VIP was the second celebrity season and the thirteenth season overall of the Finnish reality show Big Brother Suomi. The show started on 2 May 2021, on Nelonen and finished on 20 May 2021, lasted for three weeks.
