Bloom is the third studio album released by Audio Adrenaline. In 1996, the album was certified Gold by RIAA. [1]
Bloom represented a departure from the band's previous efforts into a more straightforward rock with hints of grunge music. [2] According to the band, both the title and the music reflects the way they've matured and "grown into a new phase of life". [3]
Bloom was recorded in 1995 at various studios in Tennessee: Ardent Recordings in Memphis, The Salt Mine in Brentwood, and House of Insomnia in Franklin. Producer, John Hampton, was in charge of the recording and mixing. The mastering was done by Ken Love at MasterMix, Nashville, Tennessee. [4]

Bloom was well received by the audience becoming the first album of the band to be certified gold by RIAA. [7] John DiBiase, of Jesus Freak Hideout, gave the album 4.5 stars out of 5, calling it "a brave and risky album for the band that only proved to be an ultimately wise stylistic change... it's among their best, and a dang good 90's rock album." Paul Portell, also of Jesus Freak Hideout, gave it 3.5 stars out of 5, and wrote that the album "showed Audio A's growth and potential... No 90's Christian rock fan should be without this monumental project." Sherwin Frias, of Jesus Freak Hideout too, praised the band's improved songwriting and called the album "fantastic" and "essential for any AudioA fan". [8]

Jesus Freak is the fourth studio album by the American Christian rap and rock trio DC Talk, released on November 21, 1995, on ForeFront Records. The style was a marked departure from the group's previous releases, incorporating a heavier rock sound and elements of grunge that was popular at the time.
Welcome to the Freak Show is a live audio and video recording by DC Talk. Chronicling the Jesus Freak Tour in the spring of 1996, they were released separately two months apart in 1997 on CD and VHS, respectively. A DVD version was later released in 2003. Each version has been certified gold by the RIAA. Track listings differ slightly between the two. Select videos included a bonus audio disc that remains one of the rarest recordings in the DC Talk catalog. The audio version won the 1998 Grammy Award for Best Rock Gospel Album.
Audio Adrenaline was an American Christian rock band that formed in 1986 at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky. The band gained recognition during the 1990s and received two Grammy Awards and multiple Dove Awards. Audio Adrenaline were regular performers at the annual Creation Festival, Spirit West Coast festival, Agape Music Festival, and Alive Festival. In 2007, the group disbanded due to lead singer Mark Stuart's spasmodic dysphonia. During this time, they released eight studio albums.

The album artwork, according John Cooper in a 2004 interview, is "faith and fear colliding." The album has sold over 320,000 units in the USA alone. The album received positive reviews. Collide was nominated for "Best Rock Gospel Album" at the 47th Annual Grammy Awards on February 13, 2005. Even though the album has sold enough copies to go gold, it has never been certified by the RIAA. On this album, Collide shed the industrial rock sound that Skillet utilized for three records in favor a heavier nü-metal sound.
God is the third studio album by then 18-year-old Christian pop and rock artist Rebecca St. James. It was released on 25 June 1996 by ForeFront Records, and peaked at No. 200 on the Billboard 200.
