Lift is the sixth studio album by Christian rock band Audio Adrenaline, released in 2001.
The concept of the album Lift came from several meanings, according to guitarist Tyler Burkum. In an interview with Jesus Freak Hideout, Burkum said:
Burkum also said that the worship nature of most of the songs was not something they planned, but that surged eventually during the writing/recording process. This is also the first album where Burkum and lead singer Mark Stuart share most of the lead vocals.
Unlike their previous albums, Lift was not recorded in a traditional studio. The band bought a house in a neighborhood on Nashville, Tennessee, and turned it into a studio. Guitarist Tyler Burkum said in an interview that it was "really cool, really fun. That made it for a really low key, low stress atmosphere." [2]

The album was well received by the audience becoming the second album from Audio Adrenaline to be certified gold by RIAA. It was also received well by critics. John DiBiase, of Jesus Freak Hideout, gave the album 5 stars out of 5 calling the album "amazing", "a brilliant step for this pop/rock icon" and "the band's best record to date". [6] Tony Cummings, of Cross Rhythms, gave the album a similar excellent review (10 out of 10) also calling it "their best album ever". [7] Steve Losey, of AllMusic, gave the album 3 stars out of 5, writing that the album "proves [the band] still have the chops to reign as one of the best bands Christian music has to offer" while also praising Mark Stuart vocals. [8] Both Losey and DiBiase specifically praised the song "Ocean Floor" calling it "one of the best sonic offerings on the release" and "the song that will have the greatest impact from the album".
The album peaked at No. 169 on Billboard 200. [9]
Music videos were released for the songs "Ocean Floor" and "Rejoice". [10] [11]
In November 2002, a year after the album's released, the band released a DVD to complement the album. [12] The DVD contains three music videos, song clips from the album, and featurettes containing interviews and other footage.

Project 86 is an American rock band from Orange County, California, formed in 1996. The band has released ten albums, which have collectively sold nearly 500,000 units worldwide, two EPs, two DVDs, and one live album. Their music is considered by most to be a rock/post-hardcore/alternative style. Frontman Andrew Schwab's poetic and introspective lyrics have addressed a wide variety of topics such as conformity and emptiness.
Audio Adrenaline was an American Christian rock band that formed in 1986 at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Kentucky. The band gained recognition during the 1990s and received two Grammy Awards and multiple Dove Awards. Audio Adrenaline were regular performers at the annual Creation Festival, Spirit West Coast festival, Agape Music Festival, and Alive Festival. In 2007, the group disbanded due to lead singer Mark Stuart's spasmodic dysphonia. During this time, they released eight studio albums.

The Know Hope Collective was an American worship and testimonial project formed by Mark Stuart and Will McGinniss, former members of the Grammy Award-winning Christian rock band Audio Adrenaline. Emerging out of the fallout from the disbandment of Audio Adrenaline and Mark Stuart’s personal problems, the project has been described by Stuart and McGinniss, as "an ever-changing group of musicians from a variety of backgrounds who come together to create worship music while sharing their unique experiences and testimonies," and "a ground-breaking initiative that combines worship music with stories of hope and inspiration." Stuart further elaborated it as being "driven from an emerging style of worship and a place of vulnerability. We go on a journey together through the good, bad and ugly to the redemptive side." The project’s self-titled debut album was released March 1, 2011.

Sound of the Saints is the tenth and final studio album by Audio Adrenaline. It is their only album to be released without any original members in the lineup. Fair Trade Services alongside Columbia Records released the album on May 4, 2015. Audio Adrenaline worked with Seth Mosley in the production of this album.
