Bosnia and Herzegovina entered two athletes into the Paralympic competition. Ervin Bejdic & Zerina Skomorac successfully break the Paralympic qualification at the 2019 WSPS World Championships which was held in Sydney, Australia. [1]

It took nearly two decades later for the nation to win a medal outside the sport of sitting volleyball when Amel Tuka won bronze during 2015 World Championships in Athletics.
