The Bren Z. Guiao Sports Complex and Convention Center is a sports complex located in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines. It is currently the home arena of the Pampanga Giant Lanterns that plays in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League. [1]

Facilities

It is a multi-purpose complex which has facilities used for concerts, convention, basketball games, beauty pageants and other sport activities. It hosts a 3,000-seat, air-conditioned convention center. [2] The sports complex also has a stadium which has a single grandstand. [3]

He is currently the head coach of the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters of the Philippine Basketball Association. He previously served as the interim head coach of the Philippine national team. Guiao won seven PBA titles since starting his head coaching job for Swift in the early 1990s. He is a former Philippine Basketball League commissioner from 1997 to 2000. He was also the Vice Governor of the Province of Pampanga from 2004 to 2013, serving three different Governors, Mark Lapid, Eddie Panlilio and Lilia Pineda. He is a former congressman, representing the 1st District of Pampanga from 2013 to 2016.

The 2021 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference was the tenth conference of the Premier Volleyball League and its first conference as a professional league. The conference started on July 17, 2021 and ended on August 13, 2021, at the PCV Socio-Civic and Cultural Center in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte in a bubble.
