The Bren Z. Guiao Sports Complex and Convention Center is a sports complex located in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines. It is currently the home arena of the Pampanga Giant Lanterns that plays in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League. [1]
It is a multi-purpose complex which has facilities used for concerts, convention, basketball games, beauty pageants and other sport activities. It hosts a 3,000-seat, air-conditioned convention center. [2] The sports complex also has a stadium which has a single grandstand. [3]

San Fernando, officially the City of San Fernando, is a 1st class component city and capital of the province of Pampanga, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 354,666 people.
The Giant Lantern Festival is an annual festival held in mid-December in the City of San Fernando in the Philippines. The festival features a competition of giant parol lanterns. Because of the popularity of the festival, the city has been nicknamed the "Christmas Capital of the Philippines".

He is a former congressman, representing the 1st District of Pampanga from 2013 to 2016.
Filsports Basketball Association (FBA) was a regional grassroots amateur basketball league based in the Philippines, aiming to discover young and talented basketball players from the provinces and regions. Formed in January 2015, by a group of basketball stakeholders including former Brgy. Ginebra San Miguel player Vince Hizon and LJ Serrano, the FBA is sanctioned by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas in accordance to the FIBA rules.
