Connected with the 56-floor Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel by a retail boulevard, the two towers form what is commonly referred to as the Emirates Towers complex. The tower has a total structural height of 354.6 m (1,163 ft) and roof height of 311 m (1,020 ft), making it the 41st-tallest building in the world. The Emirates Office Tower One is taller than the neighboring Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, but has two fewer floors. Construction of the building was completed on November 3, 1999.

Dubai Marina is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city, built along a two-mile (3 km) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2016, it has a population of 45,395. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. Four Points by Sheraton, Dubai

The Four Points by Sheraton, previously known as the Golden Sands Tower, is a 43-floor hotel tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building, constructed of steel and glass, has a total structural height of 166 m (545 ft), and currently stands as the 40th-tallest structure in the Dubai. Construction of the tower began in 2005 and was completed in early 2007. The hotel is operated by Four Points by Sheraton, and stands as one of the tallest all-hotel structures in the city. However, the building does not surpass the Burj Al Arab or the Rose Tower to become the tallest hotel in Dubai.

Al Tayer Tower

The Al Tayer Tower is a 59-floor residential tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its location along Sheikh Zayed Road gives it close proximity to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. The design of the tower was completed in 2005, but ground works did not begin until Spring 2006. The building began to rise above ground level in December 2006. The first glass was put on the building in April 2007, but this was only two windows. Not until September did major cladding begin. Tower will have a total of 244 apartments that come in various sizes. Built behind the tower will be an 11-floor parking garage, also built by Al Shafar General Contracting Co. LLC.

National Bank of Dubai (NBD) is a building in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The building, located in eastern Dubai in Deira, houses the headquarters of the National Bank of Dubai.

Dubai Creek Tower is a building in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located along the Dubai Creek, the Dubai Creek Tower is situated in eastern Dubai, in Deira. The building, constructed in 1995, is part of the old Dubai downtown along the Dubai Creek, and was the second-tallest building in Dubai, at the time of its construction. Dubai Opera

Dubai Opera is a 2,000-seat, multi-format, performing arts centre, which is located within The Opera District in Downtown Dubai. It was developed by Emaar Properties to host a variety of performances and events including theatre, opera, ballet, concerts, conferences and exhibitions. Its plans were announced by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in March 2012 and it was completed in 2016. It opened on 31 August 2016 with a performance by Plácido Domingo. Dubai Opera have flat floor capacity of 1800 square meters.This floor can be hired for wedding, gala dinner, fashion shows and exhibition.

The Dubai Fountain is the world's largest choreographed fountain system. It is set on the 30-acre manmade Burj Khalifa Lake, at the center of the Downtown Dubai development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was designed by WET Design, the California-based company responsible for the fountains at the Bellagio Hotel Lake in Las Vegas. Illuminated by 6,600 lights and 50 colored projectors, it is 275 m (902 ft) long and shoots water up to 500 ft (152.4 m) into the air accompanied by a range of classical to contemporary Arabic and world music. It was built at a cost of AED 800 million.

The Mansion at Burj Khalifa is an approvrd residential tower which will be built in Downtown Burj Dubai, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower will rise 227 metres and will have 60 floors and will contain residential apartments. The tower is structured to be constructed in concrete and will serve as a residential building. The architects involved in designing the tower are Adrian Smith and will be developed by Emaar Properties.

JB Tower is a commercial tower currently approved for construction in Downtown Burj Dubai, Dubai. According to planning permission, the tower will rise 240 meters and will have 60 floors.
