Nigerian Afrobeats singer CKay has released one studio album, three EPs, eleven singles, and one promotional single. CKay started his music career with Loopy Music, as a record producer. Following the merger between Loopy Music and Chocolate City, he automatically joined Chocolate City roaster. His production credits include M.I Abaga's "Your Father", Koker's "Give Them", Yung6ix's "Everything Gucci", Dotman's "Tonight", and Bisola's "Controlla". He is currently signed to Warner Music Africa, and Atlantic Records.

On 30 August 2019, he released his second ep, CKay the First , through Chocolate City. [1] The project helped bring CKay to popularity and earned him his first chart entry on Billboard 200, Canadian Albums Chart, and the Dutch Album Top 100. The EP was a sleeper hit that spawned the hit track "Love Nwantiti", which became the second Nigerian song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100. [2] In 2021, he became the first African artist to hit 20 million Spotify listeners, [3] and the second African artist in 2022 to reach 1.2 billion streams. [4]

He was formerly signed by Mr Eazi under emPawa Africa, where he was discovered in 2017, through the emPawa Africa talent incubation program. His musical genres are Afro-pop and R&B.

A remix of the song titled "Love Nwantiti (Ah Ah Ah)" featuring Nigerian singer Joeboy and Ghanaian singer Kuami Eugene, released as a single in February 2020, became a commercial success in Nigeria, Middle East, North Africa and in many European club venues, as well as the subject of collaborations with few local artists for localised variations. The French version included vocals by French rapper Franglish.

His international hit single "Love Nwantiti", also known as "Love Nwantiti ", was released in 2019 by Chocolate City.

CKay the First is the second extended play by Nigerian singer-songwriter CKay. It was released on 30 August 2019 by Chocolate City through Warner Music Group. It was self-produced by CKay, with additional production from Tempoe, Real Btee, and its exclusive producer Audu Maikori. It features guest appearances from DJ Lambo, BOJ, Blaqbonez, and Barry Jhay.

TurnTable is a Nigerian music and entertainment magazine founded by Ayomide Oriowo, and Similoluwa Adegoke. TurnTable focuses primarily on music charts, news, and events. Its music charts include the Top 100, and the Year-End chart. TurnTable magazine has two issues, and its first issue was published on 19 December 2020, by Similoluwa Adegoke. Its issues are printed in English language. In 2023 the magazine launched its music recording certification, TurnTable Certification System of Nigeria to represent the recording certification system of music industry in Nigeria.

During its debut week, the record gained popularity across TikTok in Europe and America, with the #FolakeChallenge hashtag.

<i>Mr. Money with the Vibe</i> 2022 studio album by Asake

Mr. Money with the Vibe is the debut studio album by Nigerian singer Asake, following his signing with YBNL Nation in February 2022. It was released on 7 September 2022 through Empire Distribution. The album comprises 12 tracks, which were all produced by Magicsticks and plugged by Olaitan. The album features two guest appearances from Russ and Burna Boy. Two other tracks which have been previously released as singles from the album are "Peace Be Unto You (PBUY)" and "Terminator" which were released in June 2022 and August 2022 respectively. This album release is a follow-up to his extended play Ololade Asake which was released in February 2022 immediately after being signed by Olamide to YBNL. Following the album's release, it peaked at number 66 on the Billboard 200 chart in September 2022.

The Villain I Never Was is the debut album by Ghanaian singer Black Sherif, released on 6 October 2022 through Blacko Management and Empire. The album contains 14 songs, and was supported by five singles, "Soja", "Kwaku the Traveller", a remix of "Second Sermon" which features Nigerian artist Burna Boy, "45", and "Konongo Zongo"

Alexander Adelabu, professionally known as Magixx, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. In 2021, he was signed to Mavin Records. He is known for a distinctly hybrid approach fusing trap, dancehall, Afropop and R&B. In 2019, Magixx initiated his rise to fame when he released 'Problem,' a succinct blend of Afropop and Afro R&B, showcasing his evolving musical exploration. The track quickly seized the spotlight within Nigeria's music elite, drawing admiration from notable figures like Mayorkun, M.I, Zlatan Ibile, and the influential Don Jazzy of Mavin Records. This attention culminated in his eventual signing with Mavin Records.

<i>Sad Romance</i> 2022 studio album by CKay

Sad Romance is the debut studio album by Nigerian singer CKay. It was released by Warner Music Africa on 23 September 2022. The album features guest appearances from Ayra Starr, Davido, Focalistic, Abidoza, Mayra Andrade, and Ronisia, and was executive produced by CKay. Following the release of the album CKay embarked on the Sad Romance North America Tour (2022).

Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi, known professionally as Seyi Vibez, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He is known for his breakthrough single "Chance " from his second studio album Billion Dollar Baby which debuted at No. 19 on the UK Afrobeats singles chart and peaked number 7 on the TurnTable Top 100 chart.

Samuel Idowu Oluwadarasimi, better known by his stage name Soundz, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and record producer signed to AfroNext Entertainment. He came into the music scene with an acclaimed extended play In The Rough, with the lead track "Attention" released in 2022. The song debuted at number 6 on TurnTable Afro-Pop Songs, and the extended play peaked at number 36 on TurnTable Top 50. In November 2022, he ranked number 80 on TurnTable Artiste Top 100.

"Soso" is a song by Nigerian singer Omah Lay released by KeyQaad as the second single from Lay's debut studio album, Boy Alone, on 15 July 2022. The song was written by Omah Lay and Tempoe who also produced the song. In "Soso" Lay sings about his struggles with mental health and depression. A remix featuring Puerto Rican singer Ozuna was released in 2023.

"Baddest Boy" is a song by Nigerian singer and songwriter Skiibii, released on 4 November 2021 by More Grace Music. It became a commercial success in Nigeria, and was produced by Runcheck. A remix of the song featuring Davido was released on 21 January 2022 and became a commercial success in the U.K., and America. "Baddest Boy" spent five consecutive weeks at number 1 on TurnTable Top 50, number three on U.K. Official Afrobeats Chart, and at number eleven on Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs.

Ajebo Hustlers is a Nigerian Afrobeats and Highlife music duo composed of Piego and Knowledge, a rapper. They were nominated for the 2022 Headies Awards for Songwriter of the Year and won the Best Duo at the Soundcity MVP Awards in 2023.
