Carina Schlichting Beduschi (born December 19, 1984) is a Brazilian actress, tv host, architect, model and beauty pageant titleholder who represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2005.
Beduschi was elected as the 51st Miss Brasil on 14 April 2005 at Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro. Before competing at Miss Brasil, she had won Miss Santa Catarina 2005 contest. In May 2005, she competed in the Miss Universe 2005 pageant held in Thailand. She is cousin of Isabel Cristina Beduschi won Miss Santa Catarina and Miss Brasil contests in 1988.
Beduschi was born in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. Her father, Domingos Sávio Beduschi, is of Italian descent and her mother, Helena Márcia Schlichting Beduschi, is of German descent. Beduschi, who is majoring in architecture at private university UNISUL (Universidade do Sul, in Santa Catarina) had to stop her studies at the college during her reign, to be able to fulfill her duties for Organização Miss Brasil Oficial.
She has appeared in magazines such as Caras and pictures of her, taken in Rio de Janeiro were shown in local newspapers, such as O Dia and Extra .
She has been interviewed by TNT channel. Beduschi has also been an invitee on Luiz Carlos Prattes' show, at CBN Diário and TVCom, and visited the state of Santa Catarina Legislative Assembly.

Joyce Yara Silva Aguiar of São Paulo ended being the winner at the end of the contest and also the first black woman to be Miss Brazil World. This contest was held separate from Miss Brazil 2001 and was apart from the latter for only a year before rejoining with the main contest the following year.

During this pageant MMB Productions & Events became CNB Miss Brazil, thus this is the 1st under CNB Miss Brazil. The contest took place on June 27, 2015. Each state, the Federal District and various Insular Regions & Cities competed for the title. Julia Gama of Rio Grande do Sul originally crowned Ana Luísa Castro of Sergipe at the end of the contest but Castro resigned the title after the contest due to having an unrecognized marriage outside of Brazil in Belgium and wanting to get her marriage recognized in Brazil. As a result, Catharina Choi of Ilhabela was crowned as the Miss Brazil World 2015 by Castro. Choi represented Brazil at Miss World 2015. The contest was held at the Pedro Ivo Theater in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

Each state, the Federal District and Fernando de Noronha competed for the title. Jane Borges of Goiânia, Goiás crowned Regiane Andrade of Santa Catarina at the end of the contest. Andrade represented Brazil at Miss World 2007. The contest was held at the Barueri Municipal Theatre in Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil.

Representatives from various cities all throughout Brazil competed for the Brazilian crown for Miss World. Juceila Bueno of Rio Grande do Sul crowned Mariana Notarângelo of Rio de Janeiro at the end of the contest. Notarângelo represented Brazil at Miss World 2012. The contest was held at the Rede Pampa Studios in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

Carina Beduschi of Santa Catarina crowned her successor Rafaela Zanella of Rio Grande do Sul at the end of the event. Zanella represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2006 pageant and placed in the Top 20. 1st Runner-Up, Maria Cláudia Barreto of Acre, represented the country at Miss International 2006. This year's pageant had Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2005, as a special guest.

Fan represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 1999 pageant. 1st Runner-Up, Paula Carvalho of Rio de Janeiro, represented Brazil at Miss World 1999 and 2nd Runner-Up, Alessandra Nascimento of Minas Gerais, represented the country at Miss International 1999.
Miss Grand Brazil 2022 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Brazil beauty pageant, held on July 28, 2022, at the Caesb Headquarters in Brasília. Thirty-one contestants, who qualified for the national stage either through state contests held by the Concurso Nacional de Beleza or being appointed, competed for the title, of whom a 26-year-old financial planner and international model from Marília representing the Alto Cafezal Region, Isabella Menin, was elected the winner. She then represented Brazil at the Miss Grand International 2022 held that year on October 25 in Indonesia, and won the first place, making her the first Brazilian representative to win the Miss Grand International title.
Miss Santa Catarina is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Santa Catarina at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991, and 1993. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2021, the State director of Miss Santa Catarina is, Marcelo Sóes.
