Center Hill is an unincorporated community in Carroll County, Illinois, United States. Center Hill is located on U.S. Route 52 and Illinois Route 64, between Savanna and Mount Carroll.
Carroll County is a county located in the U.S. state of Illinois. As of the 2010 census, the population was 15,387. Its county seat is Mount Carroll.

Contrary to most other even-numbered U.S. Highways, US 52 primarily follows a northwest–southeast route, and is signed north–south or east–west depending on the local orientation of the route.
