Chain Reaction is the first studio album by Cuban-American rapper Cuban Link, formerly of Terror Squad. The album was released independently on Link's new label, M.O.B. Records, on August 16, 2005, and distributed by Universal Music Group. The album came after his major-label studio album project 24K was shelved in 2000.
Chain Reaction boasts production from producers such as Swizz Beatz, Mr. Porter and others, while featured guest artists include Avant, Don Omar, Zion, Cap 1, Mya, Jadakiss and Syleena Johnson. The CD was packaged as an "enhanced CD" with music videos, pictures and a teaser to his future DVD release, "Tale From the Bronx."

These were the only three singles released off the album with videos shot for them. "Scandalous" peaked at number 45 on the "Hot Latin Tracks" Billboard chart in 2005 (Cuban Link chart history). The video to "Sugar Daddy" debuted on 106 & Park and the video to "Letter to Pun" is on the DVD.

Mya Marie Harrison is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, record producer, and actress. Classified as a "triple threat entertainer," she was born in Washington D.C. and studied ballet, jazz, and tap dance as a child. Her career began in television as a dance posse member, performing on BET's Teen Summit. She signed with record executive A. Haqq Islam's University Records, an imprint of Interscope Records to release her eponymous debut studio album (1998), which lyrically explored romance and coming-of-age scenarios. Top of the Line is the debut solo album by Tito "El Bambino". It was released on March 21, 2006 by EMI Televisa Music. Top of The Line featured 20 songs, with collaboration from artists such as Daddy Yankee, Don Omar and Beenie Man. It featured quite a number of hits, such as "Caile", "Mia", "Tu Cintura", "Flow Natural" "Secreto", "Máximo", "Tuve Que Morir" and "Me da Miedo" among others. Diva is the third studio album by Puerto Rican reggaetón recording artist Ivy Queen. It was released on August 23, 2003 and independently distributed by Real Music Group after being dropped from Sony Discos. The recording followed her two previous studio albums which were commercially unsuccessful and a hiatus from her musical career beginning in 1999. It featured collaborations with Latin hip hop artists including Mexicano 777, Bimbo and K-7 while the album's production was handled by a variety of musical producers; Luny Tunes, DJ Nelson, Noriega, and Iván Joy were enlisted, while DJ Adam produced a majority of the tracks. Lyrically, the album explored female empowerment, infidelity, heartbreak and love with "a veritable compendium of her artistic passion, femininity, and culture". The musical styles of the recording alternate between reggaetón and hip-hop while Queen experiments with R&B, dancehall, and pop balladry.

R.K.M & Ken-Y is a reggaeton duo formed in 2003 by José Nieves (R.K.M) and Kenny Vázquez (Ken-Y). The artists are renowned in the Latin music world for being the first to successfully fuse mainstream pop music with the reggaeton street rhythms of Puerto Rico and expose the style to a wide international audience. The sound introduced by R.K.M & Ken-Y would go on to inspire the pop reggaeton songs of successful acts such as CNCO, J Balvin, and Maluma. The duo had a very successful career with the Spanish-speaking audience of Latin America, the United States, and Spain until their separation in 2013. In June 2017, the duo announced their official return by Pina Records. In mid-2021 the Duo confirmed that they are on hiatus and are currently working on their solo projects.
