The China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, or CASC, is the main contractor for the Chinese space program. It is state-owned and has subsidiaries which design, develop and manufacture a range of spacecraft, launch vehicles, strategic and tactical missile systems, and ground equipment. It was officially established in July 1999 as part of a Chinese government reform drive, having previously been one part of the former China Aerospace Corporation. Various incarnations of the program date back to 1956.
Dadi Auto was a pickup truck and heavy-duty truck manufacturing company headquartered in Baoding, China. Formerly a military automobile maker, Baoding Dadi assembled their first civil pickup in 1988. Their product line-up mirrored that of Great Wall Motor and Zhongxing. The company claimed a production capacity of 50,000 units per year, but this figure may conflate engines and whole vehicles. The company later stopped manufacturing passenger cars and focused on the commercial vehicle market. In November 2011, Chinese conglomerate CHTC acquired Dadi and reincorporated it as Hengtian (CHTC) Dadi Automobile Co., Ltd. on October 16, 2012.
Sinosteel Corporation is a state-owned enterprise, primarily in mining, trading, equipment manufacturing and engineering. Founded in 1993 and based in the People's Republic of China, it is the country's second largest importer of iron ore. The company used to be under the direct supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. In 2022, it was acquired by state-owned steel conglomerate Baowu.
Changhe Aircraft Industries Corporation (CAIC) is a Chinese helicopter manufacturer and supplier to the Chinese military. It is a member of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). The company is based in the city of Jingdezhen in Jiangxi province. Changhe employs 4300 employees in two production facilities with 1.29 million sq. metres and 0.22 million sq. metres of construction area. It has a joint venture with Agusta Helicopter and relationship with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Its subsidiary, Changhe Machinery Factory, is a major automobile company in China.
Shenhua Group Corporation Limited was a Chinese state-owned mining and energy company. Shenhua Group was founded in October 1995 under the auspices of the State Council of the People's Republic of China. It was the largest coal-producing company in China. In 2014 Shenhua Group produced 437 million tonnes of coal and sold 588 million tonnes of coal. In 2014, Shenhua Group's revenue was 328.6 billion yuan, and the company ranked 196th in the Global Fortune 500. The same year the Shenhua Group's profit was 64 billion yuan. On August 28, 2017, SASAC announced that China Guodian Corporation and Shenhua Group would be jointly restructured, with Shenhua Group becoming China Energy Investment Corporation and absorbing China Guodian Corporation.
Ma gang (Group) Holding Co., Ltd., or known as Masteel Group, is one of the major Chinese iron and steel enterprises. Since 2019, it is a joint venture of central government owned China Baowu Steel Group and Anhui Provincial People's Government's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). It is headquartered in Ma'anshan, Anhui province. The group produced iron and steel via its listed subsidiary Maanshan Iron and Steel Company Limited, which was a listed company since 1993. However, the group had a significant part remained unlisted.

Jincheng was located in one of the 13 important coal mining sites of China, namely "Jin East", which fellow state-owned enterprise Yangquan Coal Industry Group and Lu'an Mining Industry Group were also located in "Jin East".
China Hi-Tech Group Corporation, Ltd. (CHTC) is a Chinese conglomerate company. The company is owned by the Chinese Central Government via State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). The company main focus is on the textile industry. In June 2017, CHTC became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinomach, another SASAC company, through a restructuring, as part of a plan to reduce the number of SASAC directly-controlled companies.
