Coelostathma parallelana is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. [2] It is found on Saint Thomas (the Virgin Islands), [1] Cuba, [3] and Hispaniola. [4]

The wingspan is 12 mm (0.47 in). [1] The larvae feed on Acacia farnesiana . [3]
