Corey Rocchiccioli (born 8 October 1997) [1] is an Australian cricketer who plays as a right-arm off break bowler. [2] [3]
Rocchiccioli was offered a rookie contract by Western Australia ahead of the 2020/21 season,where he did not play a match,before being elevated to a senior contract prior to the 2021/22 season. [4] [5] He made his first-class debut on 24 September 2021,for Western Australia against South Australia in the opening match of 2021–22 Sheffield Shield season. [6]
Rocchiccioli was added to the Perth Scorchers squad on 8 December 2020 as injury cover for Ashton Agar during BBL|10,however did not feature in any matches. [7]
Rocchiccioli made his BBL debut in the 2022/23 season for the Melbourne Renegades. [8]
The Western Australian men’s cricket team,formerly nicknamed the Western Warriors,represent the Australian state of Western Australia in Australian domestic cricket. The team is selected and supported by the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA),and plays its home games at the WACA Ground and Perth Stadium in Perth. The 2014–15 Big Bash League season or BBL|04 was the fourth season of the Big Bash League (BBL),the premier Twenty20 cricket competition in Australia. The fourth edition ran from 18 December 2014 to 28 January 2015. The league ran two weeks longer as compared to the previous season.
