Corus Hotels is a group of three hotels based in the UK, with two hotels in Malaysia. The hotels are owned by London Vista Hotel Limited, which is part of Malayan United Industries. [1] The brand name was launched in 1998 by the Regal Hotel Group, in order to differentiate it from Regal Hotels International. [2]
In 2003, Corus launched a chef training school, [3] and later, a Reception School. [4]
In 2010, Corus Hotels found itself in the national newspapers for retiring maitre d' Elena Salvoni, on the same day that the Government announced plans to scrap the default retirement age. Ms Salvoni was 90 years old. [5] [6]

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is Malaysia's main international airport. It is located in the Sepang District of Selangor, approximately 45 kilometres (28 mi) south of Kuala Lumpur and serves the city's greater conurbation.
Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station is a transit-oriented development that houses the main railway station of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Opened on 16 April 2001, KL Sentral replaced the old Kuala Lumpur railway station as the city's main intercity railway station. KL Sentral is the largest railway station in Malaysia, and also in Southeast Asia from 2001 to 2021, before Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal in Bangkok, Thailand was completed.

Port Dickson, colloquially referred to as PD is a beach resort in Port Dickson District, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It is the second largest urban area in Negeri Sembilan after Seremban, its state capital. The town's administration is run by the Port Dickson Municipal Council, formerly known as the Port Dickson Sanitary Board from 29 March 1928 until 28 February 1950, Port Dickson Town Board from 1 March 1950 until 30 November 1979, Port Dickson District Council from 1 December 1979 until 1 February 2002.

KidsCo was an international children's television channel founded and owned by a joint-venture between Corus Entertainment, DIC Entertainment, and Sparrowhawk Media Group in April 2007. By the end of 2007, Sparrowhawk was purchased by media conglomerate NBC Universal, thus giving the company its share in the brand. In June 2008, DiC Entertainment was acquired by Cookie Jar Group, thus also having a stake. In May 2012, Cookie Jar's minority shares in KidsCo were brought by NBCUniversal and Corus, which saw NBCUniversal become majority shareholder with a 51% share while Corus obtained a 43.8% share.

The 2010 Tour de Langkawi was the 15th edition of the Tour de Langkawi, a cycling stage race that took place in Malaysia. The race began on 1 March in Kota Bharu and ended on 7 March in Merdeka Square, Kuala Lumpur. Negeri FM is a Malay language-radio station broadcasting from Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia which is operated by the Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM). Negeri FM has been in operation since 1990. The KTM Batu Caves–Pulau Sebang Line, formerly known as the Seremban Line is one of the three KTM Komuter Central Sector lines provided by Keretapi Tanah Melayu. Its electric trains run between Batu Caves and Pulau Sebang/Tampin. Prior to 15 December 2015, the northern terminus of this line was Rawang.
Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur, also known as Four Seasons KLCC and FSP KLCC Tower, is a 74-story, 342.5-metre tall (1,124 ft) supertall skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia. It features a 21 m (69 ft) high crown made out of steel at the top of the tower, making the tower reaches the height of 342.5 m (1,124 ft). It is located within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre precinct in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building was developed by Ipoh-born Singapore tycoon, Ong Beng Seng, partnering Tan Sri Syed Yusof Tun Syed Nasir and the Sultan of Selangor under Venus Assets Sdn Bhd. It is currently the sixth tallest building in Malaysia.
