D.E.T.A. LLP operating as DETA Air was an airline, with bases in Almaty and Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Their principal airline routes were to Hong Kong and Istanbul.[ citation needed ]
DETA was founded in 2003. The company performed a variety of passenger and cargo transportation services. Structurally, DETA was subdivided into air company, tourist company, air ticket selling agency and cargo services. The company ceased operations in 2013.

Polar's parent company is Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings and DHL has a 49% equity interest in the airline.
Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited, also known as Cathay Dragon (國泰港龍航空) and until 2016, Dragonair, was a Hong Kong-based international regional airline, with its corporate headquarters and main hub at Hong Kong International Airport. In the final year before it ceased flying, the airline operated a scheduled passenger network to around 50 destinations in 14 countries and territories across Asia. Additionally, the airline had three codeshares on routes served by partner airlines. It had an all-Airbus fleet of 35 aircraft, consisting of A320s, A321s, and A330s.

Its main base is Şymkent Airport, with focus cities at Aqtau International Airport, Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport, and Almaty International Airport.
Orbit Express Airlines, shortly Orex Airlines, was a cargo airline based in Istanbul, Turkey. It was established in 2003, and operated scheduled and charter freight services. The airline ceased all operations in 2007.
