DYEC-TV, channel 22, was the flagship station of Philippine sports television network ABS-CBN Sports and Action, a fully owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation. Its transmitter and studios are located at the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center, Lacson Street, Bacolod City and transmitter is located at Aquino Drive, Bacolod City.

On May 5, 2020, S+A Bacolod went off-air, together with ABS-CBN and MOR, due to cease-and-desist order from the National Telecommunications Commission after its legislative franchise expired the previous day. [1]

ABS-CBN is a Philippine commercial broadcast network and syndication, program distributor, and production company that serves as the flagship property of ABS-CBN Corporation, a company under the Lopez Group. The network is headquartered at the ELJ Communications Center and ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Quezon City, with additional offices and production facilities in 25 major cities including Baguio, Naga, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cebu, and Davao. It served as a platform for television transmission for both DWWX-TV and DWAC-TV, the respective flagship stations of ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN Sports and Action. It was also the former transmission tower of radio station DWRR until it was shifted when the Millennium Transmitter was upgraded by the end of 1999. On June 30, 2020, the transmitter was completely shut off due to a cease and desist order from the National Telecommunications Commission after ABS-CBN's legislative franchise expired on May 4, 2020.

ABS-CBN Sports and Action, was a free-to-air television network based in Quezon City. It was owned by ABS-CBN Corporation with some of its programs produced and licensed by ABS-CBN Sports. In Metro Manila, Sports + Action broadcast terrestrially and through DTT through DWAC-TV, the frequency once used by the defunct national television network Studio 23 until its closure on January 16, 2014, with most of its UHF affiliate stations in the provinces owned by AMCARA Broadcasting Network. It began its operations on January 18, 2014, yet it did not become the company's sole channel for sports until the shutdown of subscription-based counterpart Balls by the end of 2015. Its simulcast high-definition channel was exclusively available on Sky Cable, Destiny Cable and Sky Direct since 2016, while its international feed carried worldwide through The Filipino Channel. Sports + Action's programming is composed primarily of sports coverage such as MPBL, ABL, UAAP, NCAA, Pinoy Pride fights, BVR, PVL and ONE Championship. The program line up of Sports + Action included other sports-related programming, news coverages and blocktimers. S+A broadcast Mondays to Saturdays from 5:00 am to 1:00 am and Sundays from 4:00 am to 1:00 am.

The ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines is the oldest broadcast headquarters of ABS-CBN. It houses ABS-CBN Entertainment studios, broadcast facilities, offices and the headquarters of ABS-CBN News. It occupies an area of approximately 34,000 square meters adjacent to ELJ Communications Center. It was originally built in 1968 and was then the most advanced broadcast facility in Asia. Today it is now the country's largest and most technologically advanced media facility. While ABS-CBN's production facility is located at ABS-CBN Horizon IT Park at San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

IZTV Manila, digital channel 23, is a television station owned and operated by Aliw Broadcasting Corporation. Its broadcast studios and facilities are located at the 5th floor of Citystate Centre, 709 Shaw Blvd., Brgy. Oranbo, Pasig.
