Goh V Shem is a Malaysian badminton player in the doubles event. He was partnered with Tan Wee Kiong after their outstanding performance at the 2014 Thomas Cup. Together, Goh and Tan won the gold medal for the men's doubles event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games as well as all their matches in the mixed team event, helping Malaysia retain the gold medal for the third consecutive time. They also won the bronze medal at the 2014 Asian Games and the silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics, thus making them the second ever Malaysian men's doubles pair to win the silver medal at the Olympic Games 20 years after the feat was achieved by Cheah Soon Kit and Yap Kim Hock in 1996 Atlanta. Goh and Tan are also the fourth Malaysian men's doubles pair to hold the world number 1 ranking after Cheah and Yap followed by Chan Chong Ming and Chew Choon Eng, and later on by Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong ever since official rankings were kept in the 80s.
Goh Soon Huat is a Malaysian badminton player. He was a part of the Malaysia team that won bronze in the men's team event at the Incheon 2014 Asian Games. He switched to mixed doubles and paired up with Shevon Jemie Lai due to a lack of performance in the singles department. His best achievement is winning the mixed doubles title at the 2018 Singapore Open with Lai, where they beat the 2016 Olympic gold medalists Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir in the final in straight games.

Muhammad Rian Ardianto is an Indonesian badminton player. Born in Bantul, Yogyakarta SR, Ardianto plays for the Jaya Raya Jakarta club at national events. He won the men's doubles silver medal at the 2018 Asian Games, the bronze medals at the 2019 World Championships and at the 2017 Southeast Asian Games. Ardianto was part of Indonesia winning team at the 2020 Thomas Cup.
Fajar Alfian is an Indonesian badminton player affiliated with the SGS PLN Bandung. He is known for his quick and explosive movements with his signature drop shots on court. Watanabe has collected three bronze medals at the World Junior Championships, and also four bronze at the Asian Junior Championships. Watanabe was selected to join the Japanese mixed team compete at the 2017 Sudirman Cup in Gold Coast, Australia, winning a gold medal in the qualification to Gold Coast at the 2017 Asia Mixed Team Championships in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and the team finished in the semi-final round, took the bronze medal. The left-handed Watanabe has won Super 1000 tournaments a total of five times, and was the first ever male player from Japan to win an All England Open title, first at the 2018 All England Open in the mixed doubles event partnered with Arisa Higashino, then in the 2020 All England Open in the men's doubles event with Hiroyuki Endo, and in both men's and mixed doubles in the 2021 All England Open, defending his men's doubles title with Hiroyuki Endo and winning the mixed doubles category with once again, Arisa Higashino. Watanabe won the mixed doubles bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics, defeating Hong Kong's Tang Chun Man and Tse Ying Suet in the bronze medal match.

At the Malaysia Purple League he represented Serdang BC in 2014–15, Kepong BC in 2015–16, and Klang City BC in 2016–17 seasons. He won the men's doubles title at the 2012 Smiling Fish International and 2015 Iran Fajr International tournament with different partners.

In the senior event, he was the men's doubles champion at the 2007 Singapore Cheers Asian Satellite in the men's doubles event partnered with Chang Hun Pin. Teamed-up with Mohd Razif Abdul Latif, they finished as the runner-up at the 2006 Sri Lanka Satellite and 2007 Malaysia International tournament. Khoo played at the 2007 Southeast Asian Games, winning the bronze medal in the men's team event.
Haw Chiou Hwee is a Malaysian badminton player. She was part of the Malaysia junior team that won the silver medal at the 2005 Asian Junior Championships in the girls' team event after defeated by the Chinese team in the final. She claimed the women's doubles title at the 2006 National Grand Prix finals partnered with Julia Wong Pei Xian. She teamed with Lim Pek Siah, and won the international title at the 2007 Victorian and Malaysia International tournament.
Pramudya Kusumawardana Riyanto is an Indonesian badminton player from Sukabumi, West Java, who affiliate with Djarum club. He was part of the Indonesia junior team that won the bronze medals at the 2018 Asian and World Junior Championships, and also the boys' doubles bronze in the 2018 Asian Junior Championships.
