Deh Bala (Persian : ده بالا‎, also Romanized as Deh Bālā and Deh-e Bālā)^[1] is a village in Gowdin Rural District, in the Central District of Kangavar County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 65, in 13 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Gowdin Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Kangavar County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,797, in 3,207 families. The rural district has 20 villages.
