Dhoom TV is a Pakistan-based Entertainment Satellite TV channel which uses PakSat-1 for its transmission. This semi-news channel's owner, CEO and founder is Ilyas Shakir, who is also caretaker of Daily Qaumi Akhbar and Daily Riyasat Karachi. Weekly Qaumi Sports and Khawateen Digest are published under the institution.[ citation needed ]
