Sindh TV News (brandmarked Sindh TV) or Sindh Television News is a Sindhi television channel. It's a news channel which telecast news, news reports and current affair programs. The management of Dolphin Media House announced to launch a news channel and its testing transmission was started in October 2004. The channel did cover historical and archaeological sites of Sindh and other sites in Pakistan, so it was considered as a first documentary TV channel of Pakistan. Notable Sindhi journalists such as Ishaq Manrio, Hassan Dars, Bukhshan Mehranvi and Imdad Soomro did cover the documentary programmes. The owners of the channel are Dr.Karim Rajpar and Ajeet Kumar Ahuja.

Sindh TV News has wide presence all over the province of Sindh, its network of reporters is present in all district headquarters of Sindh, to smaller towns and cities of the province. Karoondi (Sindhi:ڪرونڊي) is a small town along Mehran Highway in District Khairpur, Sindh province of Pakistan. It is situated in taluka Faiz Ganj which is one of the eight talukas of the District. The town lies between two canals: Faiz Ganj canal passes by its western side whereas Veeho canal passes by the eastern. This city was established by Rajpar Hindu and Muslim community. In 1904 Along with Relatives and all family of Usman Khan Rajper settled here from Beela Wah, Naushahro feroze District and Oman Khan Rajpar settled here from Warhecho, Nawabshah district. There are fertile farmlands around it owned by descendants of Wadeero Budhal khan Rajper, Wadeero Oman Khan Rajpar and wadeero ghulam Muhammad Rajper and Wadeero Usman khan Rajper and a number of villages in the outskirts. The main town is separated from the bypass bus stop by farm-fields and orchards. The town is relatively peaceful as the crime rate is very low. In late 1960's Wadeero Allahdad Rajpar made a Phool Bagh in Karoondi. The settlement in the town is either on the lands of Wadeero Budhal Khan Rajpar or Wadeero Oman Khan Rajpar. Mumtaz Mirza Mumtaz Mirza was an expert in Sindhi literature, Culture of Sindh, music of Sindh, and a broadcaster of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, Pakistan Television Corporation and stage. He died on 6 January 1997.
Jalal Chandio was a Sindhi folk singer. He was born in 1944 in the village of Harpal Jo Hat, Misri Wah, near Phul Naushahro Feroze District. He was the only expert of yaktara & Chapri at the time, and his singing style made him popular among Sindh and all of Pakistan. He died on 10 January 2001 due to kidney failure. He got lot of respect in all over Sindh as folk singer due to distinct style of playing folk music and singing.

Dhol Faqeer son of Faqeer Muhammad Khaskheli, was born in 1921 at Patayoon, Mirpur Khas District. He was a famous mystic & folk singer of Sindh, Pakistan. He died on 22 June 1992.
The 2018 Pakistan Super League was the third season of the Pakistan Super League, a franchise Twenty20 cricket league which was established by the Pakistan Cricket Board in 2015. It featured six teams, which was the first expansion of the league since its formation in 2015. The group stage took place in the United Arab Emirates, with two playoff matches played in Lahore and the final at the National Stadium, Karachi. The tickets for the final were sold out quickly, within fifteen hours.

Latif Award is a unique golden model of Tamboro, a stringed music instrument, which is said to be invented by Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai himself.
