Dianus is a monotypic genus of planthoppers in the tribe Delphacini, erected by Jinhua Ding in 2006. [1] It contains the species Dianus testaceus from China. [2]

Sergiu Dan was a Romanian novelist, journalist, Holocaust survivor and political prisoner of the communist regime.
