The film was released on 31 December 2021 through Disney+ Hotstar in four languages and received mixed to positive reviews from critics and audience.

Pavi Caretaker is a 2024 Indian Malayalam-language suspense romantic comedy drama film directed by Vineeth Kumar and written by Rajesh Raghavan. It was produced by Dileep through Grand Production and stars himself in the title role. It also features Vineeth, Johny Antony, Radhika Sarathkumar, and Dharmajan Bolgatty.
