Charles Dylan Wynn (born June 1, 1993) is an American professional football defensive tackle for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Oregon State. He previously spent time in the National Football League (NFL) and the Alliance of American Football (AAF).
Wynn was a 2 time state champion at De La Salle High School (Concord, California), playing with Terron Ward and Austin Hooper. [1]
He played college football for Oregon State University where he was second-team all-conference. [2]
Wynn spent parts of two years with the Cleveland Browns. 2015 was spent on and off the practice squad, and the following season saw Wynn placed on injured reserve prior to preseason play, before being released. [3] [4]
As a rookie playing for the Toronto Argonauts during the 2017 CFL season, Wynn made 34 tackles and 6 sacks. After receiving consideration for the CFL's Most Outstanding Rookie Award [5] [6] Wynn was named an Eastern All-Star. [7] He was one of three Argos defensive linemen to be named an Eastern All-Star, alongside Cleyon Laing and Victor Butler. Rookie of the Year would eventually go to Wynn's teammate, running back James Wilder Jr. [8] Wynn and the Argonauts finished in 1st place for the CFL East, and went on to win the 105th Grey Cup championship over the Calgary Stampeders 27–24. Wynn had a challenging 2018 season, missing several games with injury and being suspended for one game for a spearing penalty on Edmonton running back C. J. Gable during a week 5 loss. [9] In 11 games, Wynn finished with 30 tackles and 2 sacks.
When Wynn became a free agent in the CFL on February 12, 2019, he received numerous offers but elected to sign with the Arizona Hotshots of the AAF on February 19. [10] The startup developmental league was in its third week of play at the time of Wynn's signing, with 8 weeks of regular season play remaining. However, the AAF suspended operations after week 8; [11] Wynn was credited with 5 tackles during his time with the league. [12]
Wynn signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL on May 8, 2019. [13] Wynn was part of a ferocious defensive line, putting up career highs; Wynn played in all 18 games, made 44 tackles, and 11 sacks, including a 3 sack performance against the BC Lions in Week 11; his sack dance was a fan favorite throughout the season. [14] Wynn was named a top performer for the month of August, and returned to the divisional All-Star list. [15] [16]
Wynn became a free agent upon the expiry of his contract on February 13, 2024. [17]
On February 14, 2024, it was announced that Wynn had signed with the Montreal Alouettes. [18]
Jonathan Bernard Brown is a former professional American, Canadian and Arena football defensive end, who last played for the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He has also played for the Toronto Argonauts. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the third round of the 1998 NFL draft. He played college football for the Tennessee Volunteers. He was formerly the head coach for his high school alma mater, Booker T. Washington High School.
Chris Van Zeyl is a Canadian former professional gridiron football offensive tackle who played for 15 years in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Montreal Alouettes, Toronto Argonauts, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He is a two-time Grey Cup champion with the Argonauts and was named a CFL All-Star three times and CFL East Division All-Star seven times. He was also named the CFL's Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman in 2019. He played CIS Football for the McMaster Marauders as a defensive lineman.
Charleston Hughes is a professional Canadian football defensive end who is a free agent. He was signed by the Calgary Stampeders as a street free agent in 2008 and won two Grey Cup championships over his ten-year tenure with the club. He is a six-time CFL All-Star and eight-time division All-Star. He was also named the West Division's Most Outstanding Defensive Player in 2013. He played college football for Northwood. Hughes has also been a member of the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL), Toronto Argonauts, and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Jonathan "Bear" Woods is an American former professional football linebacker who played in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was originally signed by the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL) as an undrafted free agent in 2010. He made his professional debut for the Montreal Alouettes (CFL) in 2013 and won a Grey Cup championship with the Toronto Argonauts in 2017. He played college football at Troy University. In January 2022, he was named head football coach at Wetumpka High School in Wetumpka, Alabama.
Hénoc Muamba is a Congolese-Canadian former professional football linebacker who played in both the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the National Football League (NFL). He is a two-time CFL All-Star, three-time CFL Divisional All-Star, and was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian in 2017. In 2022, he won the Grey Cup with the Argonauts and was named the game's most valuable player (MVP) and Grey Cup Most Valuable Canadian, becoming the second player in history to earn both awards.
