The Scottish Junior Football Association (SJFA) is an affiliated national association of the Scottish Football Association and is the governing body for the junior grade of football in Scotland. The term "junior" refers to the level of football played, not the age of the players. The closest equivalent terminology would be non-League football in England, the difference being that junior football in Scotland was not similarly integrated into its football league system until 2021.
Cowdenbeath Football Club is a Scottish semi-professional football team based in Cowdenbeath, Fife. They are members of the Lowland Football League, the fifth tier of the Scottish football league system after their relegation from Scottish League Two on 14 May 2022 following a 4–0 aggregate defeat to Bonnyrigg Rose. Formed in 1881, the club has played at Central Park since 1917. They first joined the Scottish Football League (SFL) in 1905. The club has never won any of the major honours in Scottish football, but have won lower tier divisional titles on five occasions. They competed in the top division of the SFL from 1924 to 1934, but have only completed one further top flight season since, in 1970–71.

Turriff United Football Club are a senior football club currently playing in the Highland Football League in Scotland. They play their matches at The Haughs, beside the River Deveron in Turriff, Aberdeenshire. They joined the Highland League for the 2009–10 season, having been accepted into the league on 25 February 2009. Prior to joining the Highland League, they were a Scottish Junior Football Association club, playing in the Scottish Junior Football North Premier League.

Formed in 1968, the club are based at Showfield Park Nairn and their home colours are maroon and sky blue. Their away colours are black and white
Sunnybank Football Club are a Scottish football club, based in the city of Aberdeen. Members of the Scottish Junior Football Association, they currently play in the Scottish Junior Football North Region's McBookie.com NRJFA Premier League. In respect of honours won, the club are historically regarded as one of the "big two" of North Region Junior football along with city rivals Banks O' Dee, sharing the distinction of being the only North clubs to lift Junior football's national prize, the Scottish Junior Cup. The club are based at Heathryfold Park in the North-West suburbs of Aberdeen and their colours are black and white.
Fraserburgh United Football Club are a Scottish football club from the town of Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire. Members of the Scottish Junior Football Association, they currently play in the North First Division. Founded in 1976, United are the smaller of the local teams after Fraserburgh F.C. of the Highland League. The club are based at College Park and their colours are tangerine and black.
Hall Russell United Football Club are a Scottish football club based in Bridge of Don, a suburb of Aberdeen. Members of the Scottish Junior Football Association, they currently play in the SJFA North Superleague. Founded in 1968 as an Amateur club, the club joined the SJFA in 1989. East End Football Club are a Scottish football club from the city of Aberdeen. Members of the Scottish Junior Football Association, they currently play in the SJFA North Superleague. The club is based at New Advocates Park, 500 metres from Pittodrie Stadium, home of Aberdeen. Their home kit colours are black and gold.
Colony Park Football Club are a Scottish football club from the town of Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. Colony Park F.C. was established in 1978 by five local Inverurie men, Dod Reid, Wattie Strachan, Bob Gibb, Frank Heldreth and George Mitchell. They are the largest Juvenile football club in North-East Scotland, running teams from under-7 through to under-19 level. In 2011, they successfully applied for membership of the Scottish Junior Football Association, and joined North Region, Division Two for the 2011–12 season. The club also successfully applied for membership of the Scottish Amateur Football Association, and joined Aberdeenshire Amateur Football Association in Division Three. This has allowed former youth players to continue with the club and bridged a gap between age group football and the Highland League.
The Aberdeenshire Amateur Football Association (AAFA) is the governing body for amateur football in the City of Aberdeen and County of Aberdeenshire in North East Scotland. They run the Aberdeenshire Amateur Football League and associated cup competitions. The association was founded in 1947 and is affiliated to the Scottish Amateur Football Association.
Stoneywood Parkvale Football Club are a Scottish football club from the Stoneywood area of Aberdeen. Members of the Scottish Junior Football Association, North Region, they were formed in 2016 following the amalgamation of two existing clubs, F.C. Stoneywood and Parkvale.
The 2017–18 North Superleague is the seventeenth staging of the North Superleague, the highest tier of league competition in the North Region of the Scottish Junior Football Association. The winners of this competition are eligible to enter the 2018–19 Scottish Cup.
The 2018–19 North Superleague was the 18th season of the North Superleague, the top tier of league competition for SJFA North Region member clubs.
