Epermenia shimekii is a moth of the family Epermeniidae. [2] It is endemic to Japan [2] with records from Honshu (Gunma and Nagano Prefectures) [1] and Yakushima. [3]

The length of the forewings is 7–7.5 millimetres (0.28–0.30 in). [1]

Etymology

The species is named in honour of Mr. Shinji Shimeki, who collected the holotype. [1]
