Epermenia shimekii is a moth of the family Epermeniidae.^[2] It is endemic to Japan ^[2] with records from Honshu (Gunma and Nagano Prefectures)^[1] and Yakushima.^[3]

The length of the forewings is 7–7.5 millimetres (0.28–0.30 in).^[1]

Etymology

The species is named in honour of Mr. Shinji Shimeki, who collected the holotype.^[1]
