Eupithecia mitigata is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, southern Kazakhstan, north-western China (Xinjiang) [2] and Kashmir. [3]

Adults are unicolorous dark grey.
