Delaware City is a city in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. The population was 1,695 at the 2010 census. It is a small port town on the eastern terminus of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal and is the location of the Forts Ferry Crossing to Fort Delaware on Pea Patch Island.

The Grand Opera House, also known as The Grand or Masonic Hall and Grand Theater, is a 1,208-seat theater for the performing arts in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. The four-story building was built in 1871 by the Delaware Grand Lodge of Masons to serve as a Masonic Temple and auditorium. The construction cost was $100,000. It was designed in Second Empire style by Baltimore architect Thomas Dixon and incorporates symbolism from Freemasonry into the cast-iron facade. Its central pediment contains an Eye of Providence.

The district includes seven contributing buildings and one contributing site. The main house was most likely built in the 1860s. It is a two-story, square brick dwelling with a rectangular wing in a transitional Federal-Greek Revival style. It has a hipped roof, capped by a cupola and a one-story portico with painted wooden Ionic order columns. Also on the property are a contributing log cabin and a number of farm-related outbuildings.

The Fairview Inn is a historic hotel building on Main Street in the center of Talkeetna, Alaska, United States. It is a two-story frame structure, with a hip roof. The main block, 36 feet (11 m) square, was built between 1920 and 1923, following the arrival in the area of the Alaska Railroad. The building exterior is little-altered since then; its major modification has been the addition in the 1970s of an addition for owner living quarters. The interior also still follows essentially the same floor plan as when it was built.
