Fan Di (Chinese :樊迪; born 25 February 1973) is a former Chinese artistic gymnast. She was the 1989 World Champion on the uneven bars, [2] and was only the second Chinese female gymnast to become a World Champion after Ma Yanhong in 1979. [3] She also won a bronze medal with her team at those World Championships. [4] In 1987, Fan competed at the World Championships where the Chinese team finished in fourth. [5] Individually, she finished 20th in the all-around [6] and sixth on bars. [7] Fan represented China at the 1988 Summer Olympics where China was sixth in the team final, and Fan finished 20th in the all-around final. [8] Fan Di's final competition before retirement was the 1990 Asian Games. [9] She won gold with her team [10] and on the uneven bars. [11]

Li Li is an artistic gymnast from China. She competed during the early 1990s, and retired in 1994. An Olympian, World Cup medallist and national champion, the beam was her best apparatus. Here, she pioneered the exceptionally difficult and innovative 114 turn on back in kip position, to which the skill is named after her. No other gymnast has been able to perform the maneuver with as many spins.

Ma Yanhong is a retired Chinese Olympic athlete. She was the first Chinese gymnast, male or female, to win a gold medal at the World Gymnastics Championships and the Olympic Games.

She was a key member of the Romanian team between 2006 and 2008, where she helped the Romania win team bronze medals at the 2007 World Championships and the 2008 Olympics. Individually, she is the 2007 world all-around and beam silver medallist, the 2007 and 2008 European silver medallist on the uneven bars and the 2007 bronze medallist on the balance beam. Nistor was a strong all-around competitor but her best events were balance beam and uneven bars.

In 1987 she scored a perfect ten for the floor exercise during the team competition event at the World Championships.

Meng Fei is a Chinese artistic gymnast. She won the silver medal in the uneven bars and the bronze medal in the team event at the 1997 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She was also a part of the silver-medal-winning team at the 1995 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships.

The uneven bars at the European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships were first held in 1957.

Ruby Esther Harrold is a British artistic gymnast who was a member of the British Olympic team for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Harrold was also a reserve athlete for the 2012 Summer Olympics team. She was a member of the British team that won the bronze medal in the team final at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Following her retirement from elite gymnastics after the 2016 Summer Olympics, Harrold became a member of the LSU Tigers gymnastics team, having received a full athletic scholarship to attend Louisiana State University, beginning Fall of 2016. Her best friend is Mark Fonte.

Shang Chunsong is a Chinese artistic gymnast and traceur. Shang was the captain of the bronze medal-winning team at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Additionally she represented China at the 2013, 2014, and 2015 World Championships where she won silver with the team at the latter two. Domestically she is the 2015 and 2016 Chinese national all-around champion. In Parkour she is the 2024 World freestyle champion.

Natalia Georgiyevna Kalinina, is a former artistic gymnast that competed for the Soviet Union and Ukraine. She was a member of the last Soviet world championship team to win a gold medal in 1991. She was the 1990 European champion on the uneven bars. At the 1990 Goodwill Games, she won a medal on every event with 4 golds and 2 silvers, including the all-around gold medal. She was not selected to compete for the Unified Team at the 1992 Summer Olympics. She believes that politics would only allow three gymnasts to come from one republic, and there were already three gymnasts from Ukraine selected.

Chen Cuiting is a retired Chinese artistic gymnast who represented China at the 1988 Summer Olympics. She was born in Changsha. The Chinese team finished sixth in the team final, and Chen finished fourteenth in the all-around final. She won a bronze medal with her team at the 1989 World Championships. She also finished sixth in the all-around, fourth on beam, and fifth on floor. She was also a member of the team at the 1987 World Championships that finished in fourth. Individually, she finished eleventh in the all-around and sixth on floor. She competed at the Asian Games twice (1986,1990) and won gold in the team event, the all-around, on floor, and silver on vault both times. The 1990 Asian Games was also her last competition before retirement. After retirement, Chen moved to Hong Kong and worked as a judge at international events. She now has a career in banking in Hong Kong.

Hana Říčná is a former artistic gymnast who represented Czechoslovakia at the 1988 Summer Olympics, finishing seventh in the team final and 29th in the all-around final. She won two medals at the World Championships, a silver on beam in 1983 and a bronze on the uneven bars in 1985. Hana competed in the Olomouc Friendship Games, held as an alternative to the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, which the Soviet Union and eight other socialist states boycotted, where she won a silver medal in the all around and on beam. She also won a silver medal on beam at the 1985 European Championships.

Fan Yilin is a Chinese artistic gymnast and uneven bars specialist. She is a two-time world champion on the uneven bars and the 2015 Asian champion on balance beam. At the 2015 World Championships, she was part of the first ever four-way tie along with Viktoria Komova, Daria Spiridonova, and Madison Kocian. Domestically, she is a four-time Chinese national uneven bars champion. She was a member of the Chinese team at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where she won a bronze medal in the team competition, and competed at the 2020 Olympic Games.

Kelly Garrison-Funderburk, formerly known as Kelly Garrison-Steves, is a retired American artistic gymnast. An elite gymnast for eight years, she represented the United States at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. In addition to her Olympic experience, she participated in the 1983, 1985 and 1987 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She was a two-time winner of the Honda Sports Award.
