Fernvale is an unincorporated community in Williamson County, Tennessee. [1] Fernvale is 12 miles (19 km) west of Franklin. The Harpeth Furnace, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is located in Fernvale. [2]

The county is named after Hugh Williamson, a North Carolina politician who signed the U.S. Constitution.
