Flashback is the fourth EP by South Korean boy band iKon. It was released by YG Entertainment on May 3, 2022. The EP consists of six tracks, including the single "At Ease", which was previously performed by iKon on Kingdom: Legendary War , and the lead single "But You". [2]
This is the last EP release of iKon under YG Entertainment, prior to their departure to 143 Entertainment at the end of the year. [3] [4]
On April 11, 2022, YG Entertainment announced iKon's upcoming comeback with a coming soon poster posted on various YG Entertainment's Social Media accounts. [5] On April 14, 2022, a concept teaser was released via iKon's official YouTube channel and other social media accounts. [6] The title of the EP was announced to be Flashback on April 17, 2022. [7] The title of the lead single from the EP was announced to be "But You" on April 22, 2022. [8] On April 24, 2022, the EP was announced to consist of six tracks in total, with the sixth track being the previously released single "At Ease". The first five tracks of the EP were released to digital music and streaming platforms on May 3, 2022. The accompanying music video for the title track, "But You", was released at the same time on iKon's official YouTube channel. The sixth track "At Ease", which was previously performed by iKon on Kingdom: Legendary War , was exclusively made available on CD only. But the song was previously released digitally on all streaming platforms on May 28, 2021. [12] [2] [14] The album's CDs were made available for pre-order prior to the album release, and were released on May 10, 2022. [11] Nine different versions of the CDs were available: Photobook (Red and Green), Digipack (one for each member) and Kit.
Among the six songs included in the album, iKon's member Kim Dong-hyuk, professionally known as DK, co-wrote lyrics for two of the songs and co-composed three of the songs. iKon's member Bobby wrote lyrics for and co-composed one of the six tracks, and co-wrote lyrics for all the other tracks. And iKon's member Kim Jin-hwan, professionally known as Jay, co-composed one of the six tracks. iKon's label mates from YG, Mino and Yoon, members of the South Korean boy band Winner, co-wrote and co-composed one song each. Flashback debuted at number 2 on the Gaon Album Chart in South Korea, selling 99,918 copies. [15] In Japan, the EP peaked at number 10 on the Oricon Albums Chart. [16] It also topped the iTunes chart in 18 regions. [17] Flashback holds the record for highest iKon first day and first week album sales with first day sales of 44,359 copies and first week sales of 73,362 copies. [18]

Beep Beep (Korean: 뛰뛰빵빵) is the fourth EP by South Korean boy band BTOB. It was released on February 17, 2014, consisting a total of 5 tracks with Beep Beep as title track and promotional single of the album.
Kim Han-bin, known professionally as B.I (Korean: 비아이) is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and dancer. He debuted in the South Korean boy band IKon under YG Entertainment in September 2015. On June 12, 2019, he departed from the group due to drug allegations. During his time with the group, he played a significant role in the production and songwriting of their music, and is credited as the sole record producer for all of the group's releases. His contributions to iKon's second studio album, Return, for the lead single "Love Scenario", earned him the prestigious "Songwriter of the Year" award at the 2018 Melon Music Awards.
iKon (Korean: 아이콘), stylized as iKON, is a South Korean boy band formed in 2015 by YG Entertainment. The lineup consists of six members: Jay, Song, Bobby, DK, Ju-ne and Chan. Originally a seven-piece band, leader B.I departed from the group in June 2019.
Koo Jun-hoe, also known by the stage name Ju-ne, is a South Korean singer, actor, and member of boy group iKon under 143 Entertainment. He has made appearances on survival programs WIN: Who Is Next and Mix & Match in 2013 and 2014 respectively.
Return is the second studio album by South Korean male group iKon. It was released on January 25, 2018, and is the second of the group's four-part album series, The New Kids. iKon's leader B.I was credited as the only record producer of the album. The album contains 12 songs including the hit lead single "Love Scenario", all written or co-written by B.I.

Remember is the third studio album by South Korean boy band Winner. The album was released on April 9, 2020, by YG Entertainment. The album contains 12 tracks, including the pre-release single "Hold" and the title track "Remember", which were written by Mino. The physical version is available in two versions: Us, and You. Remember is the follow-up to their third extended play Cross, released in 2019.
"How You Like That" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Blackpink. It was released on June 26, 2020, through YG Entertainment, YG Plus and Interscope Records, as the first pre-release single from the group's debut studio album, The Album (2020). The Japanese version of the single was released through Interscope Records and Universal Music Japan on July 27, 2021. An EDM, hip hop, trap, club and pop song, it was co-written by Danny Chung, R. Tee, 24, and Teddy, while the latter produced the song.
"Pretty Savage" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Blackpink from their debut Korean studio album The Album. It was released on October 2, 2020, through YG and Interscope. The track was written by Teddy, Danny Chung, Løren and Vince, with production being handled by Teddy alongside 24, R. Tee and Bekuh Boom. Lyrically, the song deals with the group not caring about the opinion of others. The song was performed with "Lovesick Girls" on several music programs in South Korea including Show! Music Core and Inkigayo and also at The Late Late Show With James Corden as a preview performance for their headlining livestream concert, The Show.
Midnight Blue (Love Streaming) (Korean: 깊은 밤의 위로 (Love Streaming)) is a charity single album by South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and dancer B.I. It was released on March 19, 2021, by 131 Label X IOK Music, and distributed by Dreamus. The debut single album contains three songs, including the lead single "Midnight Blue", all written and co-composed by B.I. Midnight Blue (Love Streaming) is a donation project, with all of the proceeds of the sound sources, recordings, and copyright fees of the single album being donated to World Vision, to support children in crisis across the globe.
Open is the debut extended play by South Korean singer Kwon Eun-bi. The album consists of six songs including the lead single, "Door". It was released digitally and physically on August 24, 2021 by Woollim Entertainment and distributed by Kakao Entertainment.
The Second Step: Chapter One is the first extended play (EP) by South Korean boy band Treasure. The EP was released by YG Entertainment on February 15, 2022. The EP is also the last album to feature Yedam and Mashiho as they left the group in November 2022.
"Ready for Love" is a promotional single by South Korean girl group Blackpink for their collaboration with battle royale video game PUBG Mobile. "Shoong!" is a song by South Korean singer Taeyang featuring Thai rapper and singer Lisa of South Korean girl group Blackpink. It was released through The Black Label on April 25, 2023, as the second track on Taeyang's second extended play Down to Earth (2023).
