MOBB was a South Korean hip hop sub-unit formed by YG Entertainment in 2016. The duo consisted of label-mates Mino from Winner and Bobby from iKon. [1]

History

MOBB made their debut with the release of the four-track EP The Mobb . The music video for Bobby's solo single, "꽐라 (HOLUP!)" was released on September 7, 2016, and the music video for Mino's solo track "몸 (BODY)" was released on September 8. On September 9, music videos for the collaborative singles "붐벼 (FULL HOUSE)" and "빨리 전화해 (HIT ME)" were released. [2] [3]

iKon South Korean boy band

iKon (Korean: 아이콘), stylized as iKON, is a South Korean boy band formed in 2015 by YG Entertainment. The lineup consists of six members: Jay, Song, Bobby, DK, Ju-ne and Chan. Originally a seven-piece band, leader B.I departed from the group in June 2019.

"Born Hater" is a song by South Korean hip hop group Epik High, released on October 18, 2014, as one of their single tracks from their eighth Korean studio album, Shoebox. The song features rappers Beenzino, Verbal Jint, B.I, Mino, and Bobby.

Made is the third Korean-language studio album by South Korean boy band Big Bang. Made was preceded by four single albums, each containing two singles each, all released in increments from May—August 2015. After over a year of delays, the full album was released on December 13, 2016. It marks the group's comeback after a three-year hiatus and their first full length Korean album since Remember (2008). The production of Made was primarily handled by G-Dragon along with long-time group collaborator Teddy Park. Musically, the album employs a variety of musical styles, integrating a range of genres from hip hop, EDM, pop rock, R&B, to trap.

<i>Welcome Back</i> (iKon album) 2015 studio album by iKON

Welcome Back is the debut studio album by South Korean male group iKON. The full album was initially planned to be released on November 2, 2015. However, on October 27, 2015, YG Entertainment announced that the release of the full album would be delayed. The album was released on December 24, 2015, along with additional music videos than previously planned. Additionally, two digital singles along with accompanying music videos were released on November 16.

<i>The MOBB</i> 2016 EP by MOBB

The Mobb is the debut album by South Korean hip-hop duo MOBB. The album was released online on September 8, 2016, and physically on September 23, 2016, by YG Entertainment. The album consists of two songs from the duo, Mino's solo song "Body", and Bobby's solo song "HOLUP!". The physical edition adds two bonus songs, "Fear" and "가드올리고 Bounce".

"Crooked" is a song recorded by South Korean singer-rapper G-Dragon, serving as the third single for his second studio album Coup d'Etat (2013). It was written and produced by Teddy and G-Dragon. A pop-punk song, "Crooked" peaked at number three at the Gaon Digital Chart and became one of his most successful singles.

"Eyes, Nose, Lips" is a song recorded by South Korean singer Taeyang, serving as the second single for his second studio album Rise (2014). It was co-produced by Teddy Park, Bekuh BOOM, Dee.P and P.K, while it was written by Teddy and Taeyang. The song peaked atop the Gaon Digital Chart and the K-pop Hot 100, and went on to become the second best-performing single of 2014.

<i>Love and Fall</i> 2017 studio album by Bobby

Love and Fall is the debut studio album by South Korean rapper Bobby. The album consists of ten tracks, all written and composed by Bobby. Love and Fall was released on September 14, 2017, by YG Entertainment. The album features two lead singles, "I Love You" and "Runaway".

<i>Return</i> (iKon album) 2018 studio album by iKon

Return is the second studio album by South Korean male group iKon. It was released on January 25, 2018, and is the second of the group's four-part album series, The New Kids. iKon's leader B.I was credited as the only record producer of the album. The album contains 12 songs including the hit lead single "Love Scenario", all written or co-written by B.I.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Mino discography</span>

South Korean rapper Mino released three studio albums, twelve singles as a lead-artist and thirteen as a featured-artist. Mino started his career as a member of the ballad group BoM in July 2011 under the name Tagoon. The group disbanded in 2013 and Mino auditioned for YG Entertainment, where he was promptly accepted. He debuted as a member of South Korean boyband Winner on August 12, 2014, with the studio album 2014 S/S. The album included Mino's first solo track, "I'm Him". While not released as a single, the song peaked at number 15 on South Korea's Gaon Digital Chart, selling 280,000 paid digital downloads.
