The Mobb (stylized as The MOBB) is the debut album by South Korean hip-hop duo MOBB. The album was released online on September 8,2016,and physically on September 23,2016,by YG Entertainment. The album consists of two songs from the duo ("Hit Me" and "Full House"),Mino's solo song "Body",and Bobby's solo song "HOLUP!". The physical edition adds two bonus songs,"Fear" (MINO solo) and "가드올리고Bounce" (Bobby solo).
The music video for Bobby's solo track "꽐라(HOLUP!)" was released on September 7,2016,and the music video for Mino's solo track "몸(BODY)" was released on September 8. On September 9,music videos for the collaborative singles "붐벼(FULL HOUSE)" and "빨리전화해(HIT ME)" were released. [1] [2] The duo performed their songs "Hit Me" &"Full House" at Inkigayo on September 11,2016. The duo also performed their solo song at M Countdown (aired September 22,2016). On September 28 they performed "Hit Me" and "Full House" at a busking on a park in Hongdae,Seoul.
Upon its release,the album debuted at number one on the Billboard World Albums chart. [3] The album reached number two on South Korean Gaon Album Chart on the first week of physical release and number 6 on monthly chart (September). The album sold 31,744 copies in September. In Japan the album charted in Oricon album chart at No. 47,selling 1,418 copies. [4] On December 28,2016,the Japanese version of the album was released as their Japanese debut,with Japanese lyrics of three songs,"Full House","HOLUP!" &"Body". The album charted in number seven selling 7,938 copies. [5]
"Hit Me" debut at number 3 on Billboard 's World Digital Songs for the week October 1,2016. [6] The MVs also had great reception where they land on number 2 (HOLUP!),3 (Body),6 (Full House) and 7 (Hit Me) for most watched K-Pop MVs (September 2016) in America and rank at 3 (HOLUP!),5 (Body),7 (Hit Me) and 8 (Full House) in the world. Girls' Generation, also known as SNSD, is a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment. The group is composed of eight members: Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun. The group was originally a nine-piece ensemble, but Jessica departed from the group in September 2014. Among the prominent South Korean figures and most popular K-pop groups worldwide, Girls' Generation has earned numerous accolades and the honorific nickname "The Nation's Girl Group" in their home country.

VIXX is a South Korean boy band formed by Jellyfish Entertainment through the 2012 reality show MyDOL. Originally a sextet, the group is presently composed of four members: N, Leo, Ken and Hyuk—former vocalist Hongbin and rapper Ravi left the group and the agency in August 2020 and April 2023, respectively. They are predominantly known as a "concept or performance group" whose music, lyrics, choreography, and overall stage performances are crafted together to tell a story or concept.
"Catch Me" is a song by South Korean pop duo TVXQ, also known as Tohoshinki in Japan. Written by Yoo Young-jin, two versions of "Catch Me" exist: the original Korean-language version, which served as the lead single for the duo's sixth Korean studio album Catch Me (2012), and a Japanese-language version, which was released as the fourth and last single for their sixth Japanese studio album, Time (2013). The Korean version of "Catch Me" was made available for download on September 24, 2012, the same date as the full album's digital release. The Japanese version of "Catch Me" was released by Avex Trax in Japan as TVXQ's 36th Japanese CD single on January 16, 2013.

Their debut was considered by critics as one of the best K-pop debuts of 2014.
Song Min-ho, better known by the stage name Mino, is a South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, music producer, artist and actor. After a stint in the two-year ballad group BoM from 2011 to 2013, he joined YG Entertainment, leading to his debut in 2014 with the boy band Winner, formed through Mnet survival program WIN: Who Is Next. Alongside label-mate Bobby, he is also part of the hip hop duo MOBB, formed in September 2016.
Mamacita is the seventh Korean studio album of South Korean boy band Super Junior. It was released on September 1, 2014, by SM Entertainment and was released online on August 29, 2014. This is their first Korean album since Sexy, Free & Single was released in 2012. Made is the third Korean-language studio album by South Korean boy band Big Bang. Made was preceded by four single albums, each containing two singles each, all released in increments from May—August 2015. After over a year of delays, the full album was released on December 13, 2016. It marks the group's comeback after a three-year hiatus and their first full length Korean album since Remember (2008). The production of Made was primarily handled by G-Dragon along with long-time group collaborator Teddy Park. The album was released on May 2, 2016 in two physical configurations, a day version and a night version. The album contains twenty-three tracks, including three new singles, and most tracks from The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 1 and The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 2, as well as several remixes.

Bolbbalgan4, also known as BOL4 or Blushing Youth, is a South Korean musical act formed by Shofar Music in 2016. They appeared on Superstar K6 in 2014 before signing a contract with their current agency. BOL4 was originally a duo consisting of Ahn Ji-young and Woo Ji-yoon. They debuted with the single "Fight Day" from the mini-album Red Ickle on April 22, 2016. The first syllable of the Korean word sachungi "puberty" is pronounced the same as the Sino-Korean numeral four, and accordingly the group name is sometimes shortened to BOL4.
Park Ji-min, known mononymously as Jimin, is a South Korean singer and dancer. In 2013, he made his debut as a member of the South Korean boy band BTS, under the record label Big Hit Entertainment.
South Korean rapper Mino released three studio albums, twelve singles as a lead-artist and thirteen as a featured-artist. Mino started his career as a member of the ballad group BoM in July 2011 under the name Tagoon. The group disbanded in 2013 and Mino auditioned for YG Entertainment, where he was promptly accepted. He debuted as a member of South Korean boyband Winner on August 12, 2014, with the studio album 2014 S/S. The album included Mino's first solo track, "I'm Him". While not released as a single, the song peaked at number 15 on South Korea's Gaon Digital Chart, selling 280,000 paid digital downloads.
