The Ohio River is a 981-mile (1,579 km) long river in the midwestern United States that flows southwesterly from western Pennsylvania south of Lake Erie to its mouth on the Mississippi River at the southern tip of Illinois. It is the second largest river by discharge volume in the United States and the largest tributary by volume of the north-south flowing Mississippi River that divides the eastern from western United States. The river flows through or along the border of six states, and its drainage basin includes parts of 15 states. Through its largest tributary, the Tennessee River, the basin includes several states of the southeastern U.S. It is the source of drinking water for three million people.

South Bridgton Congregational Church is a historic church on Fosterville Road in South Bridgton, Maine. Built in 1870 to a design by Francis H. Fassett, it is a remarkably sophisticated example of Italianate and Gothic Revival architecture for a comparatively rural setting. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
Route 121 is a mostly East/West provincial highway in the Canadian province of New Brunswick. The road runs from Route 2 and Route 165 intersection in Dow Settlement. The road has a length of approximately 44 kilometers, and services small, otherwise isolated rural communities. In these areas, the highway is often unofficially referred to as "Main Street." The road bypasses several Lakes including Skiff Lake, Mud Lake, Eel River Lake, North Lake and finally Grand Lake before changing to Boundary Road in Orient, Maine at the Canada–United States border. The Highway is known as Canterbury Road between Meductic and Canterbury.

The Orient – Fosterville Border Crossing is an international border crossing between the towns of Orient, Maine, United States and Fosterville, New Brunswick, Canada on the Canada–US border. At this crossing, the United States is still operating the original border station built in 1936, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. Canada built its current border station in 1986. This part of the border is at the St. Croix River, which is little more than a stream here. The original bridge connecting Orient with Fosterville was said to be the shortest international bridge between the US and Canada.
