Francisco Miguel Pereira Boavida Pires Belo (born 27 March 1991) is a Portuguese athlete specialising in the shot put. [3] He represented his country at the 2017 World Championships without qualifying for the final. In addition, he finished fourth at the 2019 European Indoor Championships.

Marcin Przemysław Lewandowski is a Polish retired middle-distance runner. He won the bronze medal in the 1500 metres at the 2019 World Athletics Championships and silver in the same event at the 2018 World Indoor Championships. At the European Athletics Championships, Lewandowski claimed gold in the 800 metres in 2010 and silvers in 2016 and 2018 for the 800 m and 1500 m respectively. He took also five medals at the European Indoor Championships, including three golds between 2015 and 2019, and two silvers in 2011 and 2021.
The Portuguese Indoor Women's Championship in Athletics is the top division of women's teams in Athletics in Portugal; it is a competition organised by the Federação Portuguesa de Atletismo. It started with few disciplines in the women's division, 200 metres, 800 metres, 3000 metres, 4 × 400 metres relay and 60 metres hurdles, plus other like Triple Jump, Shot put and 3000 metres Racewalking. A year later it had all of the indoor disciplines practised. The league consists of 8 teams that are selected after a playoff. The current champions are Sporting, from Lisbon.

Verena Mayr is an Austrian athlete competing in the combined events. She won the bronze medal in the heptathlon at the 2019 World Athletics Championships. In 2017, Mayr took a silver in the heptathlon at the European Under-23 Championships and a gold at the Summer Universiade.
