Gamber is an unincorporated community located in Carroll County, Maryland, United States. Gamber is located at the intersection of Maryland routes 32 and 91, near the border of Carroll and Baltimore counties. It is an unincorporated area approximately four miles northwest of the Liberty Reservoir and six miles southeast of Westminster.
The Owings Mills station of the Baltimore Metro SubwayLink in nearby Owings Mills, Baltimore County, is a 15-minute drive by car from Carrolltowne and provides subway access to downtown Baltimore.
There is no bus link between Gamber/Eldersburg and nearby Randallstown in Baltimore County, in part due to longstanding opposition to inter-county public transit from Carroll County officials and residents. [1]

Maryland Route 91 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. the state highway runs 7.86 miles (12.65 km) from MD 32 at Gamber north to MD 30 near Upperco. MD 91 connects southeastern Carroll County and the far western part of Baltimore County south of Hampstead with MD 140 at Finksburg. The state highway was paved at Finksburg in the early 1910s. The remainder of MD 91 was constructed in the mid- to late 1920s.
