The twenty-first series of Geordie Shore , a British television program based in Newcastle upon Tyne, began airing on 28 July 2020 and concluded following eight episodes on 15 September 2020. [1] The series was due to begin earlier in the year, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, production on the series was put on hiatus. [2] Ahead of the series it was confirmed that three new cast members had joined the show, Ant Kennedy, Louis Shaw, and former The X Factor and Celebrity Big Brother contestant Amelia Lily. [3] These replace former cast Sam Gowland and Tahlia Chung. [4] During the series Nat Phillips and Beau Brennan made their final appearance.

The Geordies return to work where Abbie notices an instant spark between newbies Ant and Amelia. Bethan feels like Beau is prioritising his friendship with Nathan over her, whilst Abbie still feels tension around Chloe. Amelia considers making a move on Ant but soon realises she has competition when she spots him flirting with Chloe. Anna helps boost team morale by sending everybody Rage Buggying, Nat and Chloe enjoy the newly single life, and Bethan lashes out when Beau chooses to spend time with Nathan rather than go to bed with her. | ||||

Nathan receives déjà vu as he realises Chloe may be getting too attached to Ant. Anna attempts to transform the Geordies into a classy and sophisticated bunch to entertain her friends. Beau begins to feel guilty about not spending much time with Bethan so organises the ultimate gesture to put a smile back on her face. There’s finally unity amongst the girls when Abbie and Chloe clear the air, meanwhile Amelia hopes for another kiss with James. Nathan returns to the house following a short break, leaving Bethan fearful that she will become second best to Beau once again. Anna shocks the group by bringing new arrival Louis into the mix, who has an instant connection with Chloe. Elsewhere, Ant relays his feelings to Chloe when he feels replaced by Louis, and Amelia steals a kiss at the house party. Bethan decides to take some time away from the house for the sake of her relationship with Beau, whilst Ant wastes no time in getting one over Louis by telling Chloe exactly what he’s been saying behind her back. Amelia sets her sights on James once again and gets the kiss she desires, and Ant apologises to Louis for throwing him under the bus. The boys worry that Louis is playing with fire after he kisses a girl at a strip class, leaving Nathan fearful of how Chloe might react when she finds out. Before the Geordies head back home to their normal lives, Anna has one last job for everybody to go out with a bang. Chloe decides not to dwell on the past and continues to pursue Louis instead. Nathan has a surprise for the group as he unveils his alter ego Aphrodite, whilst Amelia performs her best-selling single, and Beau reflects on his time apart from Bethan. Chloe thanks Louis for making her feel wanted again, Amelia is grateful to the family for making her feel welcomed, and Bethan returns to take back her man. |

Geordie Shore is a British reality television series that has been broadcast on MTV UK from 24 May 2011. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, it was the British offshoot of the American show Jersey Shore. The programme follows the daily lives of 8–12 housemates, as they live together for a number of weeks. In the first series, the house was located in Jesmond, a suburb of Newcastle. Since the second series, the show has used a house in the Oceana Business Park in Wallsend.
Amelia Lily Oliver is an English singer and television personality. In 2011, she became a finalist on the eighth series of The X Factor, where she finished in third place. In 2017, she finished as runner-up on the twentieth series of Celebrity Big Brother. In 2020, she began appearing in the MTV reality series Geordie Shore.
The fourth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne, began airing on 6 November 2012 on MTV. The series concluded on 18 December 2012 with a double bill after 8 episodes, the series ended on a double bill to avoid the final episode airing on Christmas Day. This was the first series to feature Daniel Thomas-Tuck and Scott Timlin and is the highest rated series to date with 4 episodes receiving over 1,000,000 viewers. The series includes Vicky and Ricci's ongoing arguments continue to the point of the engagement being temporarily called off, James leaving Holly distraught by the announcement of him having a girlfriend, and a huge bust-up between Vicky and Sophie which has the whole house divided.
The seventh series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne, was announced on 5 July 2013 after cast members Holly Hagan and Vicky Pattison had been arrested for assault on a night out during filming. The series began on 17 September 2013, just three weeks after Series 6 had concluded, and finished airing on 22 October 2013 after six episodes. This series had a shorter run that usual due to filming being postponed after the night of the assault. It was reported that filming for the series began on 26 June 2013 as the cast members had all been absent from Twitter since then. This was the last series to feature Sophie Kasaei after she was axed from the series following a racial slur. It was also the first series to feature Sophie's cousin, Marnie Simpson and included the brief return of Jay Gardner, who had previously featured in series one to three, and again during the sixth series for two episodes. Following Vicky's arrest, she was absent from the final half of the series. This series included the cast members taking part in a number of activities on their bucket list, new cast member Marnie isolating herself after breaking up the friendship between Gaz and Scott, and Jay returning to fix the drift between the cast members.
The eighth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne was confirmed in October 2013 after cast member Holly Hagan announced it on Twitter and is expected to air 22 July 2014. Filming began for this series on 25 March 2014. This series will be the first not to feature former cast member Sophie Kasaei after she was axed during the seventh series following a racial slur. All other cast members from the previous series return with the addition of new cast member Aaron Chalmers who had briefly appeared during series two of the show as a one-night stand of Holly's. In May 2014, Gaz announced that the series would begin in July. An exclusive first trailer for the series was released during an episode of Ex On The Beach on 3 June 2014. It was revealed on 10 June 2014 that another new cast member had joined, 21-year-old Kyle Christie.
Gary "Gaz" Beadle is an English reality television personality from Prudhoe, Northumberland, known primarily for appearing in the MTV reality series Geordie Shore from 2011 to 2017. In 2015, he appeared in the second series of Ex on the Beach, and later returned to take part in the All Stars fifth series in 2016. In 2019, Beadle began starring in the MTV series Geordie OGs, a spinoff series of Geordie Shore.
The thirteenth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne was confirmed on 23 May 2015 when it was confirmed that MTV had renewed the series for a further three series taking it up to the thirteenth series, and began on 25 October 2016. The series was filmed in June and July 2016 and concluded on 20 December 2016. This was the first series not to include Charlotte Crosby since she made her exit during the previous series. It also features the return of former cast members Sophie Kasaei and Kyle Christie who previously made a brief return during the Big Birthday Battle anniversary series, and is the last to feature Chantelle Connelly after it was revealed she quit the show mid-series. This series was filmed in various party resort towns in island destinations, including Ayia Napa, Corfu, Kavos, Ibiza and Magaluf. It was also later announced that this would be Holly Hagan's last series after she quit in the series finale, along with Kyle Christie.
The sixth series of Ex on the Beach, a British television programme, began on 17 January 2017 on MTV. The series was confirmed on 2 November 2016. The group of cast members for this series included Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers, former The Only Way Is Essex star Nicole Bass and Love Island series 1 contestant Josh Ritchie. It also featured the return of Ross Worswick following his appearance in the first series of the show.
The fourteenth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne, was confirmed on 31 October 2016 when cast member Scotty T announced that he would be taking a break from the series to focus on other commitments. The series was filmed in November 2016, and began airing on 28 March 2017. Ahead of the series, it was also confirmed that original cast member Holly Hagan had quit the show, following her exit in the previous series. On 28 February 2017, it was announced that eight new cast members had joined for this series. Zahida Allen, Chelsea Barber, Sam Bentham, Sarah Goodhart, Abbie Holborn, Elettra Lamborghini, Billy Phillips and Eve Shannon all appeared throughout the series hoping to become permanent members of the cast, and in the series finale, Holborn was chosen. Goodhart and Allen both previously appeared on Ex on the Beach, with the former appearing on the third series of the show as the ex-girlfriend of current Geordie Shore cast member Marty McKenna. Lamborghini has also appeared on Super Shore and participated in the fifth season of Gran Hermano VIP, the Spanish version of Celebrity Big Brother. It was also confirmed that Scotty T would return later in the series.
Chloe Ferry is an English television personality from Newcastle, known for being a cast member in the MTV reality series Geordie Shore. She also took part in the nineteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2017.
Sam Gowland is an English television and social media personality. He rose to fame when he participated in the third series of the ITV2 dating reality competition Love Island in 2017. After his stint on the programme, he began appearing in the MTV reality show Geordie Shore, debuting in the sixteenth series in 2018 before leaving in 2019 at the conclusion of the twentieth series.
The sixteenth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle Upon Tyne was filmed in September 2017 and began on 9 January 2018, and concluded after ten episodes on 13 March 2018. This is the first series not to include original cast member Gaz Beadle after he quit the show for personal reasons. New cast members for this series include Sam Gowland, who had previously appeared on the third series of Love Island, as well as Steph Snowdon. However it was later revealed that Steph had been axed from the show and would therefore not return for the seventeenth series.

It concluded following twelve episodes on 31 July 2018 making this the joint longest series to date. The series was filmed in Australia rather than Newcastle, making this the second series to be filmed here following the sixth series in 2013. Ahead of the series it was announced that former cast member Holly Hagan would be making a return to the show. Six new cast members joined the series, including Grant Molloy, Adam Guthrie and four Australians, Alex MacPherson, Nick Murdoch, Dee Nguyen, and Chrysten Zenoni. Zenoni had previously appeared in the fifth series of Ex on the Beach. The new cast members were to replace Aaron Chalmers and Marnie Simpson, who both announced that they'd quit the show, and Steph Snowdon who was fired after the sixteenth series.

It concluded after ten episodes on 18 December 2018. This was the first series to include new cast member Faith Mullen. Ahead of the series it was announced that former cast member Scott Timlin would be making a return to the show. It was also announced that former cast members James Tindale, Kyle Christie and Alex MacPherson would all be making guest appearances throughout the series.

Ahead of the series it was confirmed that four new cast had joined; Beau Brennan, Tahlia Chung, Bethan Kershaw and Natalie Phillips. They replaced former cast member Faith Mullen who did not return to the show. This series also marks the end for Scott Timlin and Alex MacPherson, and original cast members Sophie Kasaei and Holly Hagan. Chloe Ferry also announced her departure from the show, but later returned for the next series. Despite not being official cast members, Abbie Holborn and Adam Guthrie continued to make appearances throughout the series.

After the departures of Holly Hagan, Scott Timlin, Sophie Kasaei from the previous series, it was confirmed that former cast members Abbie Holborn and James Tindale would be returning to the show as their replacements. Filming locations include a trip to the Algarve in Portugal. As well as this, former cast member Adam Guthrie made regular appearances throughout. This series was also the last to feature Sam Gowland and Tahlia Chung.
The twenty-second season of Geordie Shore, a British television show based in Newcastle upon Tyne, began airing on 5 October 2021. The announcement of this series replaced the show's tenth anniversary reunion series that was due to be set in Colombia, but was delayed in November 2020, and again in January 2021, before being postponed entirely due to travel restrictions thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic and continued UK restrictions. Before filming began in June 2021, the cast had to be quarantined for ten days. This season features a dating show format, where the current cast were joined by a number of new single cast members and sent on dates with them, with an added twist of eliminations for those who fail to make romantic connections. It also includes the return of Marty McKenna, who made his last appearance in the fifteenth season.
The twenty-third series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne was confirmed on 15 February 2022, when Paramount+ introduced their new lineup of unscripted series and renewals for MTV Entertainment Studios, including the show's new spin-off, although they were scheduled to start in late 2020 and 2021 but have been postponed several times due to UK COVID-19 restrictions. Filming locations include a trip to the Algarve in Portugal, Ibiza and Newcastle upon Tyne. The first trailer for the season was released in late August 2022 and premiered later that year on September 20. This was the final series to feature Marty McKenna after he was suspended from MTV. This series appears as "Geordie Shore: The Reunion Series" and not as a spin off of the show. This series brings together the cast members to celebrate Geordie Shore's 10th anniversary.
The twenty-fourth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne was confirmed on 6 December 2023, and began airing on 9 January 2024. After last season the original cast reunited again in a mansion in Cyprus. Bethan Kershaw, Amelia Lily, Anthony Kennedy and Louis Shaw did not return to the show after the previous season. Before this season premiered, Charlotte Crosby announced her departure from the show. This was also last season of Marnie Simpson.
