Gerd Poshteh (Persian : گردپشته‎; also known as Gerdeh Poshteh, Gerdū Poshteh, and Sargerdū Poshteh)^[1] is a village in Blukat Rural District, Rahmatabad and Blukat District, Rudbar County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 109, in 26 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Blukat Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Rahmatabad and Blukat District, Rudbar County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,710, in 1,430 families. The rural district has 19 villages.
