Gilandeh (Persian : گيلان ده‎, also Romanized as Gīlāndeh; also known as Galāndeh)^[1] is a village in Mianrud Rural District, Chamestan District, Nur County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 401, in 95 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Mianrud Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Chamestan District, Nur County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 13,906, in 3,499 families. The rural district has 41 villages.

Chamestan District is a district (bakhsh) in Nur County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 40,683, in 10,217 families. The District has one city: Chamestan. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Lavij Rural District, Mianrud Rural District, and Natel-e Restaq Rural District.
