Niknam Deh (Persian : نيكنام ده‎, also Romanized as Nīknām Deh; also known as Vālāmeh and Vanāmeh)^[1] is a village in Owzrud Rural District, Baladeh District, Nur County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 73, in 34 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Owzrud Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Baladeh District, Nur County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,811, in 598 families. The rural district has 16 villages.

Baladeh District is a district (bakhsh) in Nur County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,594, in 2,140 families. The District has one city: Baladeh. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Owzrud Rural District, Sheykh Fazlolah-e Nuri Rural District, and Tatarestaq Rural District.
